Does anyone know where a good place to buy Cosplay Costumes for PW?

Specifically Ema Skye or Franziska Von Karma. ^^

There isn't specific costumes you can buy. You have to make the costume, either by making the clothes yourself, or finding them at stores. >_o

That would be kind of cool, though. But less fun.

As said before, you're not gonna find a costume.
What you MAY find are individual pieces of a costume. Like, say, a labcoat, or pink goggles.

Your best bet would be to look up costumes that may have two or three of what you're looking for. I don't think anything like that applies to Ema or Franny, except maybe scientist or detective for Ema.

Searching whip is effective, so no problems there. Victorian dress, on the other hand, is less effective. If you can, break it up into parts, or find a nice white version of what you're looking for, and dye it.

Hair could be easy, or difficult. If you have long, brown hair, you could pass as Ema. Franziska, though, is a different story. I'd suggest getting a small wig with excess hair and styling/dying it.

When all else fails, you'll just have to sew it yourself/improvise. If you're lucky, you might have a good tailor nearby that could help you out with that, but, not always. Sunglasses could work if you can't get goggles, and that an Indiana Jones whip might pass if they made it thin. Flour can be used as fingerprint powder and a spray bottle with a printed out 'Luminol Testing Fluid' would pass in a dire situation. Then again that may be getting into the extreme details that you may not need.

Try eBay again. Search using the words 'gyakuten saiban cosplay'. There's costumes with the names 'KarumaMei' and 'Mei Karuma'.

Or just try some thrift stores. Pretty cheap stuff and who knows, you could find anything there.

I'm cosplaying (young) Ema next week, and I found most of my costume in stores/online. (It's my first cosplay, and I didn't want to make everything, since I'm not very good at sewing.) It's actually not that hard to find most of the stuff. (Though I had a hell of a time finding a skirt, for some reason.)

As for Franziska, there's this. I know of a few people who get their costumes there, and they do have a Franziska one (listed under "Mei Karuma"). I don't know if that helps or not, but I thought I'd link it anyway. Good luck!

OMG. I just noticed they have a costume. I really want it...

That's the place that I bought my Edgey costume from! It turned out really well! *nods* The only thing is, that it takes about a month to get. (They tailor it to your body.) But, the costume is very well made! So, I highly recommend them. ^_^
