The con's site is http://www.acen.org, and as mentioned it's May 16-18. It's held in Rosemont, IL, not too far out of Chicago (which is a matter of perspective I suppose, it's not far for me because I'm coming 2 hours away from up in Wisconsin =D). I believe the official hotel is full, but I'm not sure about the overflow hotel (there are a few cheaper hotels within a few blocks so I've never stayed at one of the 'official' ones). Pre-registration was recently extended to the 4/1, so there's still time to get the badge a bit cheaper (and you get to avoid the registration lines, which have been getting longer every year x___x).

Donno if I'm going all three days... but I'll at least be going for two. :3 If all things work out (I say this because I am a bit of a last-minute-cosplayer, iff'n ya know what I meanz), I'll be going as Edgeworth (yes I am a girl I just want to wear a CRAVAT okay?! kjdgdf), and I'll have a Gumshoe, an Ema, and a Maya with me!! (And maybe a Phoenix, but that is excruciatingly tentative.)
Omgosh I hope we meet up~~ >w< Taking pictures would be really cute! I haven't been to Acen since... oh, man, two years ago? I don't really remember. But I hope there'll be some PW fans there-- were there any last time you went?

...And the whole meeting other fans thing. XD All the people I know have too short an attention span to play through a game that's mostly reading (however awesome it may be XD) so I don't know many fans IRL.

Yeah, same here. You know the gals I told you about? I'm the one who introduced them to the franchise. ^^; Before that they just knew it as the "game with the lawyers that point". Haha.
