I decided to get down and put my OC into a story. I've been working on it, developing sprites and such. I think my results are so-so for a novice. I modeled my OC after the drawing on my fanart page and added Darksama28's OC into the mix. Bad title, I know. But it ties in...kinda.
I used substance of both Comedy and Drama, and tried to come up with some writing that would at the most come close to the wit of Ace Attorney. So, here it is (so far):


I notice I didn't add "Vitamin Square (Time here)" in this. Probably because it's my first section.


I did a scene change to make it more formal, and Vitamin Square was being a bitch to do the outlines. Here I began just spacing the panels apart for convenience. I also didn't add a byline, but Apollo mentions where they are, so I suppose that can suffice.


Here, I started using bylines. Big error on the last panel, I made Isuzu's dialogue the color of Tora's. When I get the chance, I'll edit it to purple.


Ashlee is the OC of a friend of our's. We really don't hate her that much. We made up a surname for her, since we forgot hers. And she was also the OC I could think of at a moment's notice.
They're both fourteen, that makes them about eight years younger than Apollo, young teens. So I used the term "kid" a lot.


I was trying to figure out how Apollo was going to break it that Klavier is an asshat when it comes to patronizing. Plus their lack of evidence/other suspects AND Isuzu having a solid motive would send them packing after nary six minutes.
I eventually came down to this.


I try not to channel biases for certain characters into the comics. So I didn't make Ema Bitchy times >9000, since there are Ema-likers out there that may read this.

@post below- Thanks for the constructive crit. I've been practicing those lately. But I'm still re-working the OC sprites, so hopefully they'll get cleaned up in due time.

Outlines and some shading are your enemies.

No offence, but this was really of bad quality. the sprites need's some outline and cleaning, i'd really recommend outlining, and add more shading. And the text box's color makes the text a lil hard to see. therefore, i'd recommend changing it to black.
