We're getting close to the end of the christmas fluff and I've got nifty ideas of what I'm going to do with the next plot. I'm hoping it'll get pretty intense.
EDIT: Okay, so I've got pages 42 and 43 up. I don't think I can end this without making Chris one of the main characters. Brian won't let me.
EDIT Take 2: I put up page 44 while I was at it. Looks like the fluff is gonna end at 45. I'll put up the christmas bonus with it.

Page 45 is up now and that concludes our christmas fluff. Tune in tomorrow (or later today maybe) for the beginning of our next big case! I promise it's going to get intense...or funny...depending on how well I can pull this off.

Get it right the first time. That's my rule.
It sounds like you're making the comic and then writing the script. That causes these kinds of problems.

My art program needs a spellcheck...
Anyway, I like to try and keep things somewhat professional, so from now on I'll likely be typing the text out script style for each panel before I start making the comic. It'll take a bit more time, but hopefully it'll stop me from having to go back and fix things so much.

I've got page 49 up, and a filler title for the chapter. I want to give them all a sort of theme like Turnabout is in PW. I was thinking about working with the word Case. Like the first one might be called Case of Deception, the second would be something like Case of Christmas Candy, and then the third would be Case of the Dragon.
I want to see how everyone feels about the names since I might be making graphical logos for them all.

Updates might get a little slack with the holidays coming up (hence why I finished the christmas fluff so early) because it's my biggest workload of the year, and I'm going to be working on the pilot for my radio show. Don't want anyone getting all disappointed when I don't post like five pages in a day.
Oh, and anyone with ideas towards future plot developments feel free to share. I'd like to hear what you'd want to see happen to the characters.
EDIT: I got a little bored and thought I'd try to make some of my characters sprites as they'd appear in GS4. All of them suffered major fail except for one.
Chris grows up friggin hot. He's only 10 in the comic so in GS4 he'd be 17. Other characters like Ms. Grant and Brian I don't have to worry too much about since going from your 20's to your 30's isn't a really major change. However Brian's sister Candy might need an overhaul. She's 15 right now...a very developed 15...and I would imagine she'll make a very developed 21 as well.

Well my art program is working again, but only minimally. It tends to crash after only performing a few tasks on it. So comic making is about to get very slow and annoying. I think I'm going to need to invest in a new computer soon since the GiMP isn't the only program giving me problems.

Oh, and I wasn't even intending on the parallels. (Well, maybe for Brian since most of my ideas hinged on him being a spirit medium.) The Chris/Pearl one was not at all intended, it just made sense for that character to be young.
