For a while now, I've been looking around for the version without Lamiroir's synthesized vocals but I haven't found it.. anyone have it or know where I can get it?

I might be able to record it using the in-game mixer and an emulator.

I was considering that as well, but it would be a bit of a lengthy process because you don't get Guitar's Serenade in your mixer until later on in the 3rd case. I wouldn't make you do something I could do myself unless I had to do it. But I've heard a vocal-less version, in fan-dubbed songs.

It may take a while, but I won't mind. I've unlocked the 3rd case using Action Replay, anyway.

But wouldn't it have the metronome in it as well?

You can turn it off by pressing the circle thingy.

The guitar stops, the piano is messed up, and there is that missing vocal in the in-game version.

However, the GS4 soundtrack version is perfect. That's probably the version you listened to in the vocalized video.

If you want to remove her voice, you're going to need to use the in-game mixer, but then you'll get the messed-up version. :sadshoe:

Technically, there is one alternative, but it would be pretty difficult and not worth it: you'd have to listen to the song a bunch of times (either each part individually in the mixer, or correctly with the soundtrack version), figure out the 4 other parts, record them all yourself and put them together. It would take a lot of work, but it would work :gymshoe:

Why do you need it, anyway?

Originally I planned on singing it.. but I guess now I just want it because it would be pretty sweet :P

If you're singing it, the vocal synth shouldn't really be too much of a problem. Just because there's a synth doing the melody doesn't mean you can't.

If you're willing to go to great lengths and recreate the song yourself from scratch.

I'm sure there's a way to electronically remove the synth voice from the version in the album, but I have no idea how to do that.
