If you're bored and you've nothing to do, you can also do this yourself without having to download anything! (If you use iTunes and Windows.)
Skip all this if your file is already in .WAV and proceed below the line.
[Open iTunes.
Go to EDIT//Preferences//Advanced//Importing and change the file type to .wav
Right click on the desired file and hit 'Convert to .WAV'
Open the Start Menu in Windows. Go through All Programs//Accessories//Entertainment and choose Sound Recorder.]

Open your new .WAV file up in Sound Recorder.
Go to Effects and choose Reverse. Play. You can save it if you want to.
