I dont quite get you...
I think what he meant is that most (not all) cosplayers are one of the biggest losers in the world.
Just a bunch of 30 year old wanna-bes who dress up in Halloween costumes, going around speaking broken Japanese, stalking the voice actors/actresses, and put on horrible skits which most of time is a bunch of girls screaming "(insert name)-kun/sama/san/chan!".
Or put it simply, the video blows and it is not funny.
