I'm FORCED to be outside. So I sit there. Doing nothing for two hours. And our internet is unreliable ever since Verizon shut down WIFI for an hour on the fifth, so it's hard to browse le Intranet with connection the strength of a Stunfisk.

I hate it when I'm forced to be outside. On the outside I'm all "Meh, I don't give a shit" but on the inside I'm "Shitshitshitshit it's frickin' hot why the frick am I outside I'd rather be using my beloved laptop why why why".
As for right now, it's 88 degrees. Not so bad, but it's pretty normal, considering that it's nighttime.

The summer heat gets horrible over here, and just this summer alone, several towns beat their record high in the first weeks alone. We've had temperatures up in the 110's!
What's making everyone hate this weather even more is that this made an intense drought in the Panhandle even before school ended, and by mid-June, the whole Panhandle was under a burn ban plus a fireworks ban JUST IN F***ING TIME FOR THE FOURTH OF JULY. Add to that the fact that we had to conserve water for a while, and you have one big recipe for quite possibly the worst summer ever. DX (Luckily, I don't have to put up with the issues of long hair and summer heat this year; I got my hair cut, and now it's short! <3)
