I once found Garfield to be barely watchable. Thanks to the movies, now I can't stand him.

I'm confident that this will be the case for 'MC Al and the Chipmunk Crew', as well.

Damn you, Hollywood.

Like Garfield was any better before. Even Jim Davis went on record saying he first did it for the money.

I recall Transformers being less of a commercial for the US army and General Motors cars.

The trick to enjoying action movies is that you don't pay attention to those things(and lack of plot) but rather the good parts, like explosions, guns, and GIANT ROBOTS.

Really. I wonder how that new Transformers cartoon will turn out...since it looks horrible.

I'd have probably liked the movie better if there were more of that and less fleshy ones.

When I went to see the midnight showing of The Simpsons last week, "Alvin" was one of the trailers that popped up.

I am proud to say that the entire theater booed at the attrocity. That was the only good thing that came out of those two-and-something minutes.

I might have missed that preview, because at the time I was seeing the Simpsons movie, I was still getting popcorn and a drink when the previews came on (damn the lines, I also left the house at 5:04, with only a hour and ten minutes to eat dinner, get tickets, get a seat and get a snack for the theatre)

However, if that was one of them, I'm glad I missed it...

Relax, Dave. It's just a raisin.

However, this clip of the voices slowed down made me laugh my ass off. 'Natch.

The fact is most movies based on cartoons suck. (The TMNT movies minus the third and Transformers got lucky.)

For example:
Underdog.
The Flinstones.
The Flinstones 2.
The Rocky and Bullwinkle movie.
Dudley Do-Right.
Inspector Gadget.

The list goes on and on.........

Hollywood needs to learn to stop making movies like these and start making there own ideas.

The only movie I'm possibly looking forward to based on a show is the Speed Racer Movie and that's most likely going to suck too.
