Oh and isn't some of this thread a little.....grown up for courts-records.

I swear I've been told plenty minors go about this site before.

Like many minors read all the pages of this thread. If I get told by a Staff Member then yes I'll have no problem doing it.

I had to learn about 'fun time' through a book. In 5th grade.

And I thought that babies just fell out of the woman's stomach, and the dad had to catch it with a baseball glove.

And now I'm like, the most perverted person ever.

Oh please...

After my first "family lesson" class in 5th grade in all seriousness in front of the entire clase I asked.

Spoiler: just cause...builds tension
How does the sperm get to the egg?

To be fair, they never specifically said how. The question was left unanswered, I was laughed at, and I never learned how until years later skimming through a visual science dictionary.

Bruce Goldberg, your story is by far the most disgusting anecdote I've stumbled across...ever... (But your writing is very good. Deserves merits. And a cookie! :cookie:)

Your description was realistic, and was compounded by the fact that the day I read it I was suffering from food poisoning.

Clearly, I was somewhat distraught afterwards...

Gah! Too many responses! :meekins:

@Minors/Spoilers Discussion: It says "Most Scarring Thing" in the title. They have been warned.

@Naive Sexual Beliefs Discussion: I remember when I was 8, I told my best friend in a very authoritative tone that "French Kissing" was more likely to cause pregnancy than normal pregnancy. Ha! I was a fool. :gant:

@Sex Ed Discussion: I remember when I was younger that my pastor did a sermon on the dangers of unsafe/unbiblical sex. I was 10. It was frightening. All the stuff that Platinum Skye mention was covered. Oozy vaginas and burst testicles and........-shudder- :beef:

Yes sex is so disturbing and complicated ain't it. The most disturbing thing young people should consider about STI's now is that alot of people don't know they have it so they aren't going to take precautions if they don't notice any symptoms. Of course a woman could mistake warts around her vagina to shaving burns or something like that.

Speaking of which...I have a sore on my lip. Do you think I have herpes? And if so, how the hell did I get it? I haven't kissed anyone since 2007...

Anyway, I actually carry condoms in my purse, even though I'm not sexually active. I just feel safer that way, y'know?

It's not likely you have herpes but you should ask your doctor or whatever to determine the cause. I would think it's pretty annoying. And you are probably smart for carrying condoms in your purse.

Well, actually, Herpes is a common cause of cold sores, but then, so is seasonal change.

Me, I have inactive oral herpes from a freak infection when I was 4. Hospitalized me, it did. Now, it's mostly gone away. I get occasional cold sores, but it used to be like 5 at a time.

Anyway, I don't have moneys for condoms. If I did, they'd be in me wallet. Man Code, you know?

Ummm where do you live?

:yuusaku: Condoms are free from your doctor where I live...or there's countless things about C-cards in Uni's/Colleges (We like condoms! You like condoms, let US give you condoms) that let you get more free condoms from them. Least where I live.

I don't plan on being sexually active but I have one condom hehe I keep it at home in it's bright psychadelic wrapper just in case my resolve ever wavers :garyuu:

A coldsore is herpes.

If you have a coldsore and go down on someone, then you give them herpes.

Or if someone has herpes and you go down on them, you get a coldsore.

It's pretty much the same virus, and your body will never get get rid of it once you get it.

Well, isn't that a happy ending.

Awkward time? So, since I didn't get a part in my school play, but the teacher running it still wanted to work with me, she let me be the assistant production assistant/all around understudy, and today I was understudying the part of one of the FBI agents, and the other one is a REALLLYYYY hot senior guy.

I started giggling awkwardly when he apologized for 'upstaging' (walking and stopping) in front of me, and then I tripped over a chair leg and flubbed the line. Yep, if someone drops out now, I'll really get their part.

I didn't say I wasn't going to be sexually active. I said I'm not currently sexually active, which is pretty much just because I'm single. :/

Still, you do have a point. I think it's more a matter of me feeling more secure with the knowledge that I have some handy.

Well, it's just that Genital Herpes, or rather, the herpes more prone to genital growth is Herpes Simplex2 and oral herpes is more likely to be Herpes Simplex1... Also, coldsores can be caused by other things, such as allergies and even bacterial infections.

And, I live in America, Blondie. America, where, thanks to Bush, the only thing schools teach is abstinence and doctors aren't allowed to pass out condoms... At least abortions are still legal, right? :hotti:

Same here, even got a graphic demonstration from our teacher involving a cucumber.

Also got to toss a set of love spuds around to check them for testicular cancer, fakes of course.

One of the things my place of employment (plastic tray manufacturer) does with some of it’s customers is buy back their old or broken trays, which are ground up and the plastic reused in new trays.
One customer was Pilgrims Pride, who purchased poultry tubs. And for every batch they purchased they’d send a load of used ones back. And more often than not many of the tubs were not exactly clean even though the company told them over and over to clean all of them out. What was left in them was chicken fat. It looked like beige colored puke and smelled even worse. Many times this “puke” was sprinkled generously with black mold.
When the stacks of tubs were moved inside for grinding up it would stink up half of the building. And of course the people running the grinder (including me) had to deal with it up close and personal. Some people did get sick, and they had to start wearing masks. The tubs that were contaminated with the chicken puke had to be thrown out. One time I found a grapefruit sized chunk of “something” (it had to be a giant blob of fat) in one and the smell was worse than any dead animal I’ve encountered. I threw it and another into a small dumpster next to the machine, just as the girl who was running the other grinder (too small to grind the tubs) was coming over to have me put some more trays on her platform (I had a license to run the forklifts). And when the wave of air the tubs made hit her she almost puked on the spot.
On top of that. The smell would stay with the plastic even after it was ground up and melted in the molding machines. The new trays came out smelling like the tubs (thankfully it went away after the trays had cooled down).
The company finally had enough of it and told Pilgrims Pride to go fuck themselves, then dropped them as a customer.
This happened a couple of years ago.

Well, now I know not to buy plastic trays...whatever they're for? :lana:

You wouldn't have to worry about it. They were trays that held bottles of pop (used by Coke, Pepsi, etc) or bakery items for transport. And like i said the smell disappears once the trays are cool.
Polyethylene plastic seems to hold smells pretty good. Recently they've been getting loads of buckets from Wal-Mart that held icing or glaze. And when these are ground up and reused the trays come out smelling like a fresh donut :-P

You thought you could be safe in your courts, with your laws and attorneys to protect you. In this world only I am law, my word is fact, my power is absolute.

Not true. I took sex ed in 7th grade, and we were taught about condoms and other forms of protection.

For starters, how long ago was your 7th grade year?

Secondly, I wasn't. You're not from around where I'm from. THINGS ARE DIFFERENT.

They taught it to us again in 9th Grade for some reason and that's when I actually learned it... :beef:

See the above/

Same here, even got a graphic demonstration from our teacher involving a cucumber.

Also got to toss a set of love spuds around to check them for testicular cancer, fakes of course.

Hell, you're Scottish!

More conservative than Texas? There are 2 or 3 states more red than Texas, and they're Alabama and Tennessee. How are those two similar? They're full of inbred rednecks. Note that there are 2 instances of the word red in that phrase.
