I go to sleep at 23h00 and wake up at 5h30.

Then I sleep on the way to school, before school, during class, on the way home from school, etc.

I suffer from either Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome or the worsened version- Non-24 Hour Sleep-Wake Syndrome. (Wiki is your friend).

I seriously need to go to the doctors about it. I know I have the symptoms, I just need to get diagnosed so my mother STFUs about my sleep habits.

General rule:
Get in bed anywhere between 10 - 12, play on my DS until I feel somewhat tired and then toss and turn until I eventually fall asleep.
Waking times vary- depends if I'm in work or not. 11's been the wake up time lately. Which is quite early for me. (Haha, gap year FTW. XD)

The end-of-year (A2) exams this year though... I actually found myself on a 10am - 6pm sleep habit and it was a NIGHTMARE trying to keep myself awake for three hour exams.

Always been a nightowl. Bed late late larte and up for work regardless.

I'm getting too old for it though. Four hours of sleep a night is no longer enough. Woe is me.

Throughout high school and during my freshman year at community college I usually went to bed right at 9 and got up right at 5:30. Yes, AM.

Now that my work and school schedule is so spacious and whatnot I don't usually hit the hay until sometime between 11-1 AM. I know it's not good for me, though, and eventually I'll have to sleep like a normal human being, again... :larry:

Go to sleep around 10pm-2am, then wake up at 5 or 6am to get to work at 7. No naps after I get home around 4pm.

During the summer I'll go to bed between midnight and 3:00 a.m.

During the day I get a bit hypersomniac but I resist my urges to fall asleep and as a result I often find myself light-head, lazy, and apathetic. I work an evening shift for about 3-and-a-half to 4 hours so I get back home at around 9 p.m. or 10 p.m.

I should to get in the habit of getting to sleep earlier.

Before college, I used to sleep from 9:30PM to 5:30 AM.

Now...it's 2:00AM til 8:35AM. ...Ugh. Maybe that's why I want to nod off during chem lab?

Before school started, I went to sleep (normally) after Futurama, which was on at 11:30. But if I was feeling really energetic, I would stay up until around 1-3 am. Then I would roll around for a while, eventually going to sleep and waking up anywhere from 9-11 am, although sometimes I stayed up after my mom got up to go to work (which was 7-ish in the morning).

Now that I'm in school mode, I go to bed at 10:00 pm, wake up around 7 am, and on the weekends it's normally go to bed 10 pm-12 am, and wake up around 9. But for some reason, if I'm on the computer all day or staring at an electric screen all day, I can't go to sleep when I go to bed. At all. I just turn and roll until I pass out, which takes a couple hours. :nick:

I wake up at random times sometimes.
I go to sleep at 10pm for the majority.
If I'm depressed and can't go on the computer then I fall asleep at 6 pm.
Don't mind me, just passing through.

It's a really good thing I'm not in school anymore (should probably be in college, but it scares me)... my sleeping time has literally become the entirety of school hours. I'll go to bed when my mom's getting my siblings and herself ready for school (she works at my sister's school), and I get up around when my brother gets home... it really only got that bad recently, back when I could wake up a couple hours earlier than usual, hear my budgie Sunny screaming bloody murder, and still get back to sleep... but that's harder to do now because this sickness I've been having makes it hard to sleep or even just generally feel comfortable (feels kinda like I have the flu, but without the fever)...

I'm a horrible sleeper =/ half of the time I can't get to sleep and just twist and turn for hours and feel sick... because when I lay awake for a long time I start feeling sick for some retarded reason ^^' I'm often awake for whole nights or I fall asleep and wake up again every ten minutes or so, which doesn't help much either. I'm always awake at the strangest times and feel sleepy at the weirdest times as well. my mom has recently started bitching at me about my sleeping habits though saying I go to sleep way too late... and she's probably right >.>' but I can't sleep anyway =/ other than that I'm not a morning person, can hardly get out of bed, but once I'm out and awake I can't take naps anymore either, which is why I never do
