Being grounded

With what you may ask?
With my father and my current situation at home.
Basically i'm grounded for acting out at school and getting suspended. He's taken away my computer but he hasn't exactly. It's still in my room and I can easily get to it. But i'm not allowed to use it. He keeps it in there because it is the only way he can talk to his bimbo fiancé who just so happens to be on the other side of the world. So me having nothing else to do (no ds or phone either) I lay in bed and watch tv and ocassionally sneak on to use the computer for small things like checking messages etc but nothing big.
But I'm sick of being punished for shit beyond my control. I have a few mental bugs in me that are quite serious but when I get in trouble because of those bugs... He punishes me like this . I move around a lot so I don't get to hold on to friends like everyone else... So I then turn to the computer. On top of that it's all I have gamewise. I'm a fiend for MMOs and I have my emulators and the sims 2 as well. I have all my music and pictures on it too as well as videos and such. You catch my drift.
I'm leaving lots of details out mostly because I'm using my iPod to type this out but basically things are real bad here and I'm terribly bored. I can never speak my mind about anything to my dad because he sees the world in black and white . If it's not whAt he thinks is right then it's wrong.
I'm suspended for 2 weeks so I'm guessing that's how long the grounding is. Any suggestions as to what to do to pass time/get through to my dad?
I only have a Internet connection outside on my iPod so I obviously can use this but only during the day and when it has energy

But yeah, draw, design, create. You could think on your own AA project, like a fangame, some sprite ideas, a fanfiction, who knows. There's a whole world inside your mind, and it's called "Imagination". And best of all: You can do whatever you may want with it. Take advantage of that, ∑ή¡gΜåг ;)

hanks and as for the reason why is because I lost my temper with someone who I've been fighting and yelled at them during class

and ya know...I've been through worse... I may be a computer addict, but I'm not going to chop my balls off for it. It's not worth internet drama... I'm just fed up with my dad and I'm bored so... I need ideas and stuff...

But there's one thing that I find kind of strange...
It seems that you can take criticism really good, if you look at the previous posts. However, you still got grounded becourse you "acted out at school".
Anyway, that's none of my business.
As for things that you can do without your pc, I'd say things like drawing or writing, like the other guys here told you.
Anyway, I do hope you can get through these 2 weeks without too much boredom. Good luck!

But seriously, it sucks that you got grounded for what sounds like some bullshit. I don't really have any advice to try and "get through to your dad" because parents will pretty much do what they think they need to do/want to do. But, I pretty much echo what everyone else has said. Writing, drawing, reading some books, listening to music, that sort of thing. ^_^;; If I had 2 weeks with no computer, I'd be writing fanfiction like a madwoman.

What I did though was I would get out and play some sports or exercise. It was from being grounded that I became really good at BasketBall.

Totally agree with the flame war there. Holy Hell... well the name suits him. Anyway, try to sneak in time for the DS. When i was grounded, i would shut the door to my room and secretly play my DS.

The kid [a friend] recently took up tagging, of course he had eventually been caught by the police, so he is grounded for a few weeks with none of his privillages, bad record in school too, so he's stuck in a hole there. Also, there's another friend, who isn't grounded but has no internet connection (The guy lives on the net), he gets in contact with me the other day, and it turns out, he's learned a lot of stuff on modelling (For games) and CGI-Rendering.
So the moral of the story is, do something creative pal.
It works, few years back I was grounded for 3 months because I was throwing rocks at my house....

^Since it never bothered me that much, she just stopped doing it (as I never went out anyway and what good would it be to ground a 19 year old to go outside?). But if it were me, I'd just sleep half the day away or do something like read a book (even if I read it over 20 times).

My issue with being grounded long is that I made an oc for the contest and I really want to get it in before the deadline so a month of being unable to use the computer freely will kinda crush my dream of getting that polly bookmark
