Lately, Blogspots are targetted as some sort of an asinine shot-down zone. Sheesh, 8 people were at least killed just for posting at the blogging site.

This is ridiculous. Even though the reason for killing was acceptable, but tell me... JUST THE FUCK WHY WOULD YOU TAKE SOME BLOGGER'S LIFE WHEN YOU COULD JUST REPORT THE BLOG POST, GODDAMNIT?!

Blogspot is getting a really bad rep here, and you only have the asassins to thank. Thanks a lot, now I really can't blog at those popular sites; as doing that is the same as inviting death. Jeez.

I don't believe that blogspot bloggers get killed just by using one. Maybe there's a different reason behind that, as if what we thought is more than meets the eye. It's completely irrational and randomly stupid to think that you get killed by using a blogspot blog. Hee hoo.

I DEMAND BULLSHIT!

There may be other reasons why the bloggers were killed. Because killing someone because of using bloggers is just as stupid as killing yourself by overdose of water, I highly request, erm... DEMAND a fucking investigation for this. If these happen just because of that, I am terribly sorry for your sad circumstance. But if these happen because of a different, darker reason...

Yeah, it's just bullshit.

Do you still believe that people get killed by using blogspot? I am in a country where blogspot is the opposite of documentation TV, it was freedom. It's like believing that Jesus killed the Jews, Adolf Hitler raised cats before he died, kids get heart attacks for Christmas, Santa exists and is also Satan, and the world is flat. This is highly unacceptable.

@CatMuto: English isn't my native language, so I had trouble selecting on a word to use. I meant that some blog posts are offensive to religions or any political team (aka Blashemphic or Politically Offensive posts), they usually wind up dead. "Fair Reason" when they could just flag the post. Yeah Right. More like, "Naaaw, I'm too lazy to flag; so Imma cut his skull tonite."

Or, couldn't you find the sarcasm hidden?

You know, if I only believed they'd die just for using Blogspot, why... Pray tell, I'd say this on my "rant" as well:

What balls of flame...?

As far as I know, unfortunately, blogspot does NOT have a report button.
If only we had those, we can stop the porno blogs by just reporting them.

That still doesn't give a reason to kill people. There is no good reason to kill people. Period.
People who claim that having a different opinion than their own is reason enough, they need to be shot. (Not really. Just punched really hard, in the liver)

Umh... what country do you live in?! :grey:

Anyway, as CatMuto said, there's never a good reason to kill someone. If he's posting blasphemic or politically offensive posts, you can just ignore them.

P.S.: Yeah, I know you didn't mean that, 'cause english is not your native language. I just wanted to make it clear.

Why would it be racist? Not wanting to know what country you live in has nothing to do with your race - especially since there are lot of people living in a country they are not born in.

You know what really grinds my gears? Currency.

Why are they always unequal and random?!
There's all this kind of money conversions and shit.

The currency of the entire world should be Ten or points, in that way, there's no need for fucking conversions!

But what happens if you don't convert your currency? You can't buy anything in the place without the correct currency, like buying with PhP for a HM model worth Y3000.

Bullshit, I demand a bunch of motherfucking bullshit!

What grinds my gears are computer viruses. Over the years I wrote 280+ short stories, accumilating at least over a million words total when suddenly I got an e-mail from my friend about a Powerpoint that I needed. It was in a weird format, and my AVG warned me about it, but I opened it anyway. Bad move on my part. I got rid of the virus, but all my documents were encrypted and there was no way to get them back. Years of writing, gone. :sadshoe: Oh well, at least I can see it as a fresh start.

Yup, ransomware is nasty biz. Sadly, I'm not sure if there is a way to combat it at present. The best thing to do is to have backups of your files somewhere (on a flash drive or other external disk), or keep your files on an older computer that never goes online (though this is not always possible).

No it's not bullshit, different countries have different currencies for a reason.
Do you know how much power a singular GLOBAL bank would have if it was the sole source of ALL currency in the ENTIRE world?

Give this video a watch to see how fucked America is because of "one bank"

Well, if ALL the currencies were equal, there would be 0% profit and the reverse of it (I don't know what it's called). Joke or not, Neither Ten nor Points would probably never be considered as currency even if there was only one type of; since they have a COMPLETE DIFFERENT MEANING.

Next is that... I don't know about economics nor business. But I think that would also cause economical depresion (not joking; refer to the spot where I said "0% Profit"). At least what I know-think so far.

Plus, DoMaya's theory. :yummy:

I have a favorite saying, Y'know. "What has Demerits; has Merits too." However, what annoys me is that I see some facts that can't go altogether with this. For example, an exception for that saying was the previous "blah" that grinds my gears.

You know what really grinds my gears?

Dumb people. No I don't mean "I was never educated" dumb people I mean people who are so stupid, and they had a CHOICE to get an education.

Like that girl in my History class, back in high school. Slept with all the guys and slept in class too. We had a reunion one day and she came. With her 4 kids (and counting) and she is a "professional sexual entertainer." A.k.a a prostitute. She is a single mom, with 4+ kids. Why? Because she had to go and get into the pants of every guy in school. People WASTE their education and their perfectly functional brand for such dumb reasons!

Think of it like this. In a third world country, there is a child, who has ideas that could change humanity. They become a shopkeeper, because they couldn't pursue the education needed
While you throw your life away while in high school.

That woman is the very reason I do my best, even with a stable job. I don't want to waste my talents.

That grinds my gears.

And autocorrect. That grinds my gears while my gears grind.

You may disapprove of her lifestyle, but it sounds to me she didn't waste her talents at all. She seems perfectly content with offering sex for a profit. You have no idea if she ever intended to aim elsewhere. Plus, she seems to have inspired you to be more hardworking.

Personally, I'd be more worried about the kids, who apparently have Liane Cartman for a mom.

You know what really grinds my gears? The ENTIRE Bastard Boyfriend concept.

Now, I can understand some teasing your lover and I know that this type of character is much, much more popular in Japan than it is here in the West - though thanks to shit books, this is being changed, apparently. But what's the point of it!? As said with it being popular in Japan, this might be cultural difference...

But what exactly does the whole "I RAPED MY GIRLFRIEND, BUT SHE MOANED, SO THAT MEANS SHE LIKED IT AND SO IT WAS NOT RAPE!" thing even DO for the reader? It's not romantic, it's not funny, it's horrifying and disgusting. This goes with my previous gears post about Rape Culture. Why would I WANT to stay with this type of character? I know that Japan is against women hitting someone (cause, if you hit someone, you're not a fragile flower that requires a big, strong, manly man to protect you) but this is BEYOND bad boys. This is BEYOND "I can change him, momma". Especially since the guy is never properly called out or gets consequences on him - cause, you know, when you're in a romantic relationship with someone, you can do whatever the fuck you want, even if it hurts them because, fuck it, you're in a relationship, which makes it okay

THIS! IS JUST! WRONG!!

You know what really, absolutely grinds my gears?

Fucking rich people. Or rather, the snooty, uptight, just plain rude rich people. We (my school tennis team) had played against Alamo Heights High School (rich kids) and, ugh! I'm still absolutely pissed about their behavior! You would think that a state-leveled school wouldn't need to taunt. It's pitiful and extremely disrespectful. I mean, we're not too good of a team, but that makes it worse. Extremely worse. I could write an essay about how these people acted childish but ugh, what's the point?
(Sorry for interrupting the discussion of rape being incorrectly romanticized. Rape is completely and always will be wrong. But if it's roleplay with both people consenting... well that's not the point. Sex is good only when you sign a permission slip.)

No, unfortunately those books are successful and considered on-par with Harry Freaking Potter. (HP has its problems in characters, trust me, during my current re-read, I can see problems but very rarely do I come across a problem in terms of story or connection. Things really connect well.)

These books are nothing but really, really bad masturbation fantasies. (Not to go in detail, but sure, rape fantasies are okay - if they remain in your head and as fantasies) And, I think, the worst is that the idiots who wrote that shit A) don't see it as shit, so they absolutely take everything in it seriously and B) actually have gone on record to say that this is what they want their marriages to be like. (Or, in Stephenie Meyer's case, she openly admitted that if Jacob or Edward showed up in her life, she'd leave her husband and three children instantly........ like......... WOW.)

Quote:
I'm still absolutely pissed about their behavior!

What do you expect from rich, snooty kids from rich, snooty parents? If the parents act a specific way, the kids will learn that or be taught to act like that. Absolutely fake example, but considering the spork of 50 Shades just brought the last part of Chapter 23 out: Hellspawn Grey and Ana are gonna have a kid. It's gonna be a boy and Hellspawn Christian says "What kind of father would I be?" which I think is supposed to be rhetorical. (Ana says he's loving, kind and sets boundaries - she's describing someone who hasn't appeared in this three books once)

If you look at the comments, you can see what kind of father everyone there says he'd be.
Physically abusive, considering he still has desire to spank Ana for "misbehaving" (read: biting her lip or not eating)
Emotionally abusive, because he's a major asshole with a stick the size of texas up his ass
Sexually abusive towards his (future) daughter, most likely, which in itself is horrifying to think of
Controlling to the Nth degree with all of them, considering he has control issues and can't stand it when things don't go the way he wants
Will yell over nothing, because he's a giant baby that, unfortunately, has functioning testicles and sperm
Will teach his son to treat women like dirt, using his 'beloved' wife as an example, and the son will sop it up
Will teach his daughter to be absolutely scared of doing anything, because everything that a beautiful girl/woman does will mean a man will have sex with her (cause men are raping rapists who rape you over nothing)
Will control their friends, because a Grey can only have really important people as 'friends' (and those only cause they're useful, which will mean more snooty kids)
Refuse to give the kids personalities of their own, since his kids are extensions to himself, so they belong to him (indicative of his intense idea of naming his son Jr)
And likely physically and emotionally neglective, because he doesn't really want the kids, he doesn't want to share his wife, they will likely throw the kids into nannies' arms at every opportunity, so Mr and Mrs Grey can go fuck, because that's the only thing they do. <- And that is the good scenario

That went long. But see, it's all down to the parents. As Aunt Marge says in Prisoner of Azkaban: "If there's something wrong with the bitch, there'll be something wrong with the puppy." She was talking about breeding, but it's overall correct. What the kids see or get taught at home is the foundation of their public behavior. The only thing we can hope is that the snooty kids will eventually be thrown into the real world and will realize that their snooty behavior brings them nothing but (physical) pain.

It gets 'better'. :ron: She says Bella Swan (and, extended, Renesmee) is the daughter she always wanted, but never got. Meyer has complained about having to take care of her children, and given how Renny is portrayed as being practically self-reliant as soon as she gets out of mommy's body, requires no raising or teaching or work and worships her mother, simply for the fact that Bella is her mother... ...it gets really uncomfortable, if one thinks of the implications. I feel sorry for her children - I wonder what they'll do when they're adult and out of the house. Never speak to her again, because she never seemed to wanted them?

I dunno. I can't even say "The book fulfills fantasies of young girls" because, quite frankly, the books are a mixture of boring to read and horrifyingly racist, misogynistic and quite disgustingly pedophilic as well. The grammar isn't very good, she keeps mixing up reign and rein, when she only means the latter. The characters are not interesting, they have no personality beyond "Beautiful" and "Disgustingly Obnoxious" but the last one isn't seen.

And this isn't just something that young girls like, just look at TwiMoms. You'd think mothers, and overall adults, would recognize that Edward acts like nothing more than a verbally and emotionally abusive boyfriend, he killed hundreds of people in the past and doesn't regret it, and yet they seem to think he's just dreamy.

If Edward (or Patch or Christian, for the other shit books) actually were portrayed as charming, likeable, but with a teasing/sadistic side to their personality, I probably wouldn't be so horrified or confused. At least then I could say, "Well, he's appealing" and leave it at that. I personally wouldn't want them, but I could understand why other people liked them. But as it is, they are not likeable in the least.

Abusive relationships are not romantic. They are not funny. They are not healthy. You have to be strong to be in an abusive relationship, but you have to be even stronger (and lucky) to get out of it. And that's not even mentioning the after-effects that would likely require some therapy. I make jokes, yes. I make disgusting jokes, but I try my best to never get onto the line of making abusive relationships seem positive, in any way - relationships I write may do the little slap on the back, tease or similar, but it's always very obvious that it's in good nature and it only happens when the two characters are at comfort with each other, to such an extent. Only time I might write joking slaps on the back, or so, as serious, is if it were at the beginning of a relationship, when the waters are still being tested and it feels awkward, cause you aren't familiar enough with each other yet.

A lot of people say that 'real' relationship are boring - first of all, real life can be fucking hilarious at times. For another, if people say real relationships are boring, what do they call the relationships in, say, Twilight? The vampire ones are fucking boring. Obnoxiously boring. What do Bella and Eddy do? Well, they fuck. Neither of them really has hobbies or plans, they don't go to college to really enjoy learning something, they just go there when they're bored and learn, like, photography, art or medicine, to give new information to Carlisle. They don't build things - heck, the only Twilight (Vampire) relationship that seems decent is the one between Emmet and Rosalie. And that's because they both share hobbies and interests, they talk and laugh with each other, they enjoy each other's company and work on cars together. (But Rosalie likes mechanics, so she's not a girl and we should hate her because she's blonde. Also, laughing and talking together instead of just staring at each other and wanking about your partern's beauty? Absolutely disgusting, that is not a true love)

Not so much "grinding my gears" as other stuff has, but still there.

All over Facebook and other media sites are people posting baby photos next to a photo of themselves today, in "honor" of today being the day Doc Brown brings Marty McFly and Jennifer Parker to the future date of October 21, 2015 in Back to the Future Part II.

It's like, fuck. They probably haven't even seen or care about the movie. They just want to be a part of it all or act like they have/do. Damn slackers.

I watched the movie - sure, I wasn't born in '85 (my brother was), but I do know the movies and I do recall the things. Though I wouldn't do that. I don't even know if we have baby pics of me anywhere...

I did the whole baby/adult side by side picture with my mom back in 2008. But it was our second time at Elvis's mansion in Tennessee and my first time, I was just a newborn baby. Shame they wouldn't let us sit in the car though like they did back in 1988. But we did it for fun because it was like a neat 20th anniversary thing.
On April 3, 2016, Court Records Forums experienced a miracle upon that day.
