I wish American McGee's version of the March Hare was the Easter Bunny. Oh, how I'd love to see the looks on those kids' faces...

I stuffed myself today with burgers and chocolate, but today has been really awesome and I do feel blessed, I just hope my loved ones feel the same. (I'm usually too afraid to get close to anyone nowadays but now I just can't help it.)

I had work since I forgot when Easter was this year and forgot to ask for it off so I could go to my Aunt's Easter party she has every year. Oh well. Shift was 10a-6p, and it was pretty slow, but you shoulda seen the looks on people's faces when they tried to shop after we closed early.

I forgot about Easter as well...I personally didn't want to remember because I may believe in God but religion creeps me out.

But, today went better than expected.

As Bunnymund from Rise of the Guardians said, Easter is the time of hope and rebirth.

After church service, my family and I went over to our friends' house for Easter dinner. Mmmmm, pineapple casserole, roasted potatoes and ham! All of it sooo delish! Then after eating, I went downstairs to the basement and we played some Wii Sports and Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale (Nathan Drake ftw!)

Then my family and I got home at around 7, watched the series finale of the Bible from 8 to 10, and yeah, that was pretty much it!

To everyone have a Happy Easter and to my brothers and sisters in Christ have a Happy Resurrection! ;)

(Although technically, on my side of the globe it's midnight of April Fool's day, but whatever...)
