Any Bleach fans here?

I love to play tactical games (like, for example, Fire Emblem).
The problem is, how far do I need to watch the show to play this game.

Currently, I am around episode 75 (Bount filler arc) of anime.

How many episodes do I need to watch to:

a) fully understand the game plot
b) not be spoiled about certain events of anime

Oh, I have this game :D
In terms of the anime, you should probably watch some of the Arrancar arc because a lot of them show up here. The story is of course just for the game so it creates some of its own characters for the plot, but it's good to just be familiar with the 10 espada. I think it's a little past the 140-episode mark when you start to actually see the main arrancars.
