Atlus has announced Touch Detective 2½ is being brought to North America. I did enjoy the first Touch Detective. Some of the solutions were quite obtuse, but the characters & dialogue were quirky and the art style was interesting.

I'm looking forward to it. Anyone else?

I'm very excited. The puzzles in the first could have used a little work, and I think the fourth case could have at least been a tad more serious for the finale of the game. But overall, it was the characters that won me over, and I'm glad that they seem to be implementing a "main villain" this time around.

Hmm...I've got the first Touch Detective, but it hasn't really gripped me. I'm on CHapter Two and I've kind of given up...
I don't know, they'd have to make the plots better for me to buy it. I do love the art style though.

I borrowed Touch Detective from my cousin, and I STILL need to play it. I need to get started on it now.

I'll be keeping my eye on this title. The first title had a lot of potential I felt they didn't expand upon. I'll be thrilled if they do a bit more with this entry... But if it's 'more of the same' then I might pass this over.

But I might buy it anyways because it's Altus and they make/support great games all around the board.

If it was EA or THQ then I'd be trying to get people away from the danger zone.
