Like when I beat Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. I didn't want the game to end, and I suddenly realized that all of life and existence was a pointless, limited exercise, and that even the realm of dreams were finite. I cried all night.

A few mine are:
-Beating Pokemon Blue for the first time when I was 8, then beating Pokemon Silver three years later
-Two words: Nintendo Sixty-four (Ha! Go go hyphens)
-Wreaking havoc in The Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction while laughing in a gleefully sadistic way
-Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door in an air conditioned annex of a house while snacking on Doritos and Hawaiian Punch
-Being introduced to the rhythm game genre for the first time thanks to Elite Beat Agents. Actually, I had been exposed to it before but never cared for it until this. I swear, dancing does cause miracles.
-Taking turns playing the Mega Man and X games with my best friend and trash-talking the AI
-Playing Super Nintendo with my best friend
-Button-mashing like crazy and screaming profanities while playing Soul Calibur II with my friends
-SSBM with my friends
-Pokemon Diamond and Pearl with my friends on a road trip to and back from Six Flags Magic Mountain
I have a bunch more but I won't post them yet.

Not necessarily. Favorite moments are the ones you find generally endearing and entertaining. Memorable moments are ones that you distinctly remember throughout your life and don't necessarily have to pertain to the game itself.

1. the ending to .hack//g.u. vol 3 and saw the ending and the secret ending. I felt happy and warm.
2. the ending to Phoenix Wright 3
3. Seeing the megaman battle network 6 ending.
