Most of the scenes with Waka, most of the scenes with Rao, and the interactions between Ammy and the Brush Gods.

The ending...I suppose it wasn't hilarious but it was funny how life goes on. It was also the first game that made be cry when I beat it...but that's another story...

Almost all the scenes with Rao in Okami. It's hilarious enough that they make all those jokes about her being stacked, like zoom in shots and that they juggle about, but then they make her IGNORANT about it! XD

In Sonic Chronicles, any moment with Big. The "Group Hug!" and "Oh that Mrs Norton!" scenes are genius. Eggman also gets an honourable mention.

Mario and Luigi, when Luigi cross dressed.

Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon, when that pink guy spins away and Ebisumaru yells "Oh no! He's getting away by spinning himself again! Also great at the ending.

Space Channel 5, when you save Space Micheal. Not only do they include the whoos, they do the Beat It Walk afterwards! XD

Tales of Symphonia, the skit about Raine and her "He-Bombs".

Skies of Arcadia, when Vyse drools over Bellena and then when Aika catches him at it, he uses the classic defense of "I didn't want to insult her by looking away...new land, new customs, y'know..."

Mother 3, when Wes performs the Open Sesame Dance. The Navy Squeals discussing the Oxygen machines in the ocean are also brilliant.

Timesplitters Future Perfect, when you set the fire alarm off in the U Genix level and that guy has the rant about there being too many secretaries, and Anya noting afterwards that he has a point. XD
Another brilliant moment is when Cortez and Amy are waiting for the elevator in the ending of the same level.

Nades mod was on. It was a custom map with a large tower and low gravity and high crits. I was the scout(his bombs have huge knockback) so I place it behind me jumping into the sky yelling PLAY BALL while my crit bullets rained down on my opponents.

Then I captured the control point.

How you can kill people and sometimes they look like rag dolls. I shot an Imp into a watch tower. IIRC he was still in it :P. Also some of the stuff the character say in battle. like Jane's Sadist potential. Screem for me! *slide hands down face* or Aika going If you die I will take all your treasure when sending in the Medic. The game got like 3 gay types people(Gay,Lez and Bi) in it. Though the Bi I'm not 100% sure cause he has both fancy man and fancy woman potentials and I don't have him in my squad so his profile isn't that updated. While The gay guy has make-up and the gay voice plus the Like Largo potential. The lesbians one has liking Alicia. It also talks about it in there profiles. There even one character who laughs when shooting but I think that only in the Japanese version(might also be in it when you switch the Languages) I haven't heard her laugh. Though her profile is lol. There also the one side quest mission you can get that just XD.
