That kind of creeped me out too when I was little. Especially the first time you drop into the pit. All the people who were there are now gone and there's that darned creepy music.

I was on that bit a couple of days ago on my new Silver, actually. You're right... it drove me crazy. It's not as creepy as the Unown one but it's more annoying
