Before request you must go through this first post to see what characters have not been fully claimed. If you try to claim a character that has been claimed by three other people, you will be unable to claim any other characters for a long time. You may disclaim a character for another, just post it here so I can update this first post with your change. When requesting just say their names and what series they are from. I don't care for a format.
Oh once you've claimed a character, you must have that claim for two months. No continual switching around because that makes me really annoyed after awhile.

Yes; I apologize for the change in rules but I did that so I didn't have as much of a workload to constantly update a person's new requests and dropped claims. I have a life outside of Court-Records.

Well people should want to have their claims. If they want to switch claims immediately then they didn't truly want them. 2 months should suffise and if you want to change your claims then tough luck. Sorry to good people who want to switch claims for any good reason but I'm not making exceptions that easily.
