Let's See, if each row hold 6 Pokemon and there are 5 rows in each box, it comes to a total of 30 Porygon in a single box. And with 3 boxes filled, that means you have breed 90 Porygon just trying to get one!
Holy Hell, That's a lot of Porygon! Damn, What do you plan on doing with all of those Porygon? I suggest finding some way to give or trade them away.

I originally went into Turnback Cave to catch a high-level Haunter for what I thought was a rediculous trading offer (a level 71 Heatran for a 40+ Haunter), but I ended up reaching the very back of the cave, and running straight into Giratina. I got my team battle ready saved, then took him on.
Now, legendary fights aren't normally easy, but this one seemed to be enough. I wittled down his HP until it was on the very edge of going into the red, then started chucking Ultra Balls like crazy. Occasionally I'd switch over to Dusk Balls and even Timer Balls, but no matter what, Giratina still pulled free. After a while I had to swap out my Staraptor, who it turns out is unaffected by two out of four of the attacks (and the fact we were battling in Fog wasn't exactly helping him), but the situation remained the same.
That is, until about an hour into the battle, Giratina actually ran out of PP and Struggled, which the recoil ended up killing it. It was the first time I'd seen a Legendary use Struggle, let alone a wild Pokémon. Oddly enough, though, when I reset it to try again, the same thing ended up happening again. The third time I was lucky enough to Paralyze it, catching it eventually with a Timer Ball.
Still, the fact that it happened that way still leaves me awed. And twice, at that.
EDIT: Oh, and on the way out I managed to catch the Haunter, so I am now the proud owner of two Heatrans.

I had SERIOUS trouble with Raquaza in Ruby. I tried and tried to battle it, but I ran out of Pokeballs every time. I had already used my Master Ball on something I THOUGHT was rare, but wasn't.
I never caught that Raquaza.

When I tried to catch Dialga, I didn't prepared myself with enough pokeballs. Since I was too lazy to go back, I tried to catch Dialga with the pokeballs I had:10 ultraballs, 15 greatballs, 2 netballs and three pokeballs. Every time I used up my ultra and great balls, I just restart cause whats the possibility of catching a legendary with a net or poke ball. On my 16 restart, I was dozing off and was spawning balls without care. Then I accidentally threw a POKEBALL and caught DIALGA...
When I tried to catch Heatran, I ended up spending too much time throwing balls and Heatran ended up killing itself with Struggle. I spend the next two days trying to catch him with no luck. I got bored and started to do stupid things like killing Heatran for fun. I threw a QUICKBALL thinking nah its not going to work its lvl 70 for godsake then OmG! I caught a full hp heatran with just a !@#$#@ QUICKBALL!!! Man... I wasted so much time.
Does anybody have lvl 100 pokemons yet? Im aching for a battle rite now...

God, this brings back nightmares of me trying to catch the effing regis in RSE x_x
Regice in particular. I made that thing paralyzed struggling and like 10 times and then I eventually caught it... with luck of something like great ball because nothing was working
Right now, I beat Elite Four (pain in the ass) and just got the national dex and uploaded my pokes from GBA game to Pal park and taking on the Battle Zone place... god it's annoying hard after awhile. This has to toughest game to date imo. Almost every battle I've had has had pokes that are almost the same level or 10 higher. I must say at same time that I enjoy that I can't blast throught the game so easy this time.
Yeah, I would've posted here earlier, but I don't really like to post until beat the game.
