They're all frustrating at times;
TWEWY: The boss battles, certains types of Noise, and how I went in complete circles caused me to literally toss my DS into the laundry machine. It survived, however.
PW: At times, I wanted to throw my DS across the room and never play the game again. The psyche-locks, Apollo's bracecelt, and contradictions will give me a heart attack one day.
EBA: I miss one note and they act like the world's coming to an end. And all I heard from my mouth was beep beep beep.
^Luckily, these events did not occur in any public areas in which you would ultimately be thrown out, i.e., church, sports game, school, etc.^

-Occasionally while playing any Smash Bros. game with friends
-Repeatedly getting killed in Battlefield/Call of Duty games with little or no chance to fend for myself (i.e. getting killed right after spawning into the game, among other situations), then having lazy medics who won't revive my character even when it is only five feet from them (in Battlefield only)

Pokémon - RBY through D/P/?. Whenever my pokémon faint, I get so pissed off.
TWEWY. I tend to chain reduction way too many battles and then I die like 8 times.
Mario. Especially in the NEW Super Mario Bros., for DS, I can't get past world 5 >.<
All the ZELDA games on consoles besides the Gameboy/Gameboy Colour. I just can't use a Gamecube controller for some reason, and I just suck on all other platforms.

My thoughts on that game can be found here.
I think that it's safe to say two things: X-2 was the last great Final Fantasy game, and no, I'm not getting any of the future ones. (This coming from someone who just two years ago would absolutely freak if any little tidbit of Final Fantasy info came out.)
Also, Sonic Adventure 2, just because there weren't enough speed levels.
