Now, BassGS wasn't that hard. BassBX, BassOmega, BassSP from MMBN 4, 5 and 6 was hard. Duo SP? Due to the chips I have I hardly play the game and even then it's the mini tournaments.
But Shademan in MMBN4 was annoying! He turns into 4 bats and only one is the right one. Takes time up the stupid bat.

well, ehrm...I must say I never had any problems with any games but PW:AA Justice for all....I'm stuck at the end of case 4, the one with Matt Engarde (this is the name in the italian version)...I have to show an evidence to someone, and I tryed all the possible combinations, but still nothing....

The Three Fiends from SCV IV for the SNES. Honestly, the first one was quite easy, Slogra was hard, and Death is just a cheap little prick. Put the three together with some awesome music and you have mind-blowing difficulty.
The giant enemy crab of OoE wasn't that hard, actually. Had to spend 3 hours learning the patterns, but then it was a breeze and I even got the medal.
Sigma's final form from MMX for the SNES: I hadoken'd my way through the first form, but the final one is a pain in the neck.
Not a boss, but getting 100 points on Kamek's Revenge out of Yoshi's Island for the SNES is more of a pain than all of the bosses I named before combined.

The same thing for fighting the Alien Queen with more Aliens coming in the room and you only get to see them briefly with the flashlight before they attacked and if the battery ran out in battle I was screwed.

All of these QFT. Oh my gosh, I got to the point where I brought a book with me so that every time I died, I'd read a passage so the wait would seem shorter. It was that bad!
I was soo happy when I found that option with KH2. But I didn't really need to use it that much; I only died, like twice in that game. And believe it or not, none of those times involved the dude with the twelve spears

There's no point in attacking the normal enemies, so now you're left with a really annoying battle that mostly involves you getting attacked from all corners.
This is at worst in Ninja Gaiden, where unlike other action games, the enemies don't really sit around and wait for their buddies to get picked off, they all attack you at once. So you have a boss and fifty of these fuckers shooting shurikens from all directions

The very very last guy you have to fight F**K ME it's SOOOOO annoying! A few months ago I sat for about 2 hours straight trying to do it and got so mad I almost threw my PS2 through the telly.
It's a good game though.
