So of them can be worthwhile buying. If you'd buy any, I'd recommend the Christmas Party Pack and Glamour Life Stuff (the furniture are real fancy lookin).

Have any of you figured out how to put your own music on the game? Like you can go to the stereo and select a genre and a song from you library come up? I know it's possible, it's just kinda complicated. I've tried, to no avail.

My Sims 2 is peppered with my own music. What you have to do is to have them in MP3 format and copy them in to the genre folder that you want.

To answer the question in the topic title, no. Very no. I found the Sims to be incredibally dull personally and find the series as a whole to be the most over-rated franchise ever (Even more than GTA and Halo).

The Sims is alright. It's overrated, and gets very boring after a while. I used to absolutely love it, and bought every Expansion Pack for The Sims. I bought Sims 2 on release, and I've got a few of the EP's for that, but I hardly ever play on it now. The only time I really do go on it is to make Sims off people who've pissed me off and kill them. Brutally.
Also, XD at the comic. I saw it ages ago on VG cats, but it's still funny. 'Now Billy Has Caught Fire!'
