Gosh, I love this topic.

Ok, so this is the only game I'm good at. And I'm GOOD at it. If you all need any help, you can PM me. I'm happy to help, and I've got a really good strategy for triti and stuff.

I thought that part was cool! But it is frustrating if you mess up on the last part, you have to start all over again Larry

Spoiler: Under the Knife ending
In the end of UTK, I'm pretty sure Adam said something about having the 8th guilt (Called pride, I believe) inside of him or something like that. Is that a real level?

Spoiler: 8th Guilt
The GUILT is called Bliss. While it's never explicitly shown, several patients in S:O have GUILT-related tumors that seem rather GUILTish, and Caduceus Europe tries to use an 'Eighth GUILT' for health reasons, but unintentionally cause a breakout (and the new Chapter Six.)

Got both versions.
I love Second Opinion better because of the reordered, remixed and new music.
I also love the addition of ambient sounds (rain, sirens, alarms, crashes, phones, applause, opening doors, etc.) outside of the OR and more voice acting than UTK (I finally know what Dr. Stiles sounds like).

The graphics weren't that bad either, but the characters seemed rather "cookie-cutter". Most of the time, they have almost the same pose (w/ exceptions); only their facial expressions change. UTK boasted more expressive, anime-grade manga characters than in SO.

Despite the plastic-looking characters, Overall, Second Opinion is much better than Under The Knife.

I thought that this was a fairly challenging game, with lots of replay value. I've beaten everthing with an S rank, but Triti was by far the hardest guilt of them all. I think, however, that Second opinion was ridiculusly bad, even for a sequel. The plot was so stupid, I was laughing all through the game. It gets hella ridiculus at the end, and when Angie is mad she reminds me of a dinosaur, maybe a T-rex.

This game is damn addactive and damn hard (sometimes anyway). But I love it and right now I'm somewhere at the end of the Sin operations. When I defeated Parvati (or what it now was called :P ) I did a ref to the abridged series by saying:
Ohhhh, I totally burned you! :D
That made me laugh after :)

I'm playing it right now. Currently having trouble with the 5 Kyriaki patients mission, but I think I can do it once I invest the time. Great game. My first S was on An Explosive Patient, the one with the bomb. My first awesome S was on Life or Death. No syringe! And also had no problems with Triti when I first got to it.

I'm pretty much sure that I'm going to buy Second Opinion this weekend (I've been considering getting a TC game for a while now), but just how insanely difficult is it? I mean I've never played Trauma Center but I know I'm no video gaming prodigy. I do tend to have a lot of patience though, so I might be able to handle it.

Like on a scale of one to five with five being absolutely impossible, where would TCSO fall? The whole Wiimote thing is supposed to simplify things, right?

...By the way, this means nothing, but one of the reasons I was interested in Trauma Center is because I think Derek is freaking adorable. XD <3

Triti's easy stuff. All you need to know is that when you remove a triangle, any triangle with an open side that has two thorns for that side make an adjacent triangle. So it you have <| with two thorns on that right side, when you remove another triangle, it'll go <|>.

I'm still surprised no one's asked about X1. No one else seems to be able to do it well.

X-1? I started it, I saw what was going on, and said, "Oh, hell no."

Otherwise, I've beaten Second Opinion. I love the part where
Spoiler:
Derek gets hit with the GUILT. I don't know why I love that so much, probably because the entire time, he's all like, GRR I'M FINE and then later he's like CAN'T BREATHE GONNA PASS OUT NOW...

Spoiler: Triti Strategy
Triti, I've come up with a nice little strategy. If you're doing it on an organ like the liver, just keep removing it and making sure no thorns are adjacent until it's all along the edge of said organ. Then it's easier to pick off, even without the Healing Touch.

Well I started Second Opinion this morning. ...I'm pretty bad at it, and I only got through the first couple operations. XD I almost killed my patients on some of the easy ones and, of course, yelled at my Wii.

*shrug* I've gotten nothing but C Rank so far, so I'm kind of tempted to change the difficulty from Normal to Easy, but I never like doing that on games 'cause it makes me feel incompetent.

I think my main problem is that I'm too slow at it. I always end up finishing an operation with a minute or less remaining (my worst time right now is like 22 seconds remaining).

Shoot I like the game a lot but at this rate I don't know how I'm going to handle the more serious missions. x_x For now I'll blame it on the fact that I just woke up, but considering I'm a morning person, that probably won't fly for long.
