What could this mean? It's said to be revealed at October 15.
What's your thoughts on one the greatest video-game franchises of all time?

The news was released back at last October but I've just realised this now.
It said in a way that it's made to conclude the series.
Also, they kinda promised that it won't it as bad as the last one.
The main protagonist is said to be Chun-Li.
What's your thought on it?

Also, the Street Fighter franchise never died, it just moved to comics and card games.
Also, if there is no DAN in this movie it is not worth seeing.

But only the first half of it that had a lot of Sakura. Once she got hospitalized, the movie went downhill. Too much "RYU DON'T SUCCUMB TO THE DARK HADOU" and not enough "I'm gonna go to America and enter a hot dog eating COMPETITION and get into the Guiness book of world records!" It started sucking ass once it got 'serious'. Or maybe it was just the fact that Ryu has no personality.
And damn, when a Street Fighter movie tries to be serious, we all know how it turns out. Speaking of serious, anybody know where to find the clip of Guile's "speech" from the laughable live action film? (Let's hope this new one is slightly better, which it won't be).

Dude, you want a good SF adaptation? Hunt down the SF comic. All of it is awesome. Except the fact that they cut out all the Final Fight characters, but it is forgivable seeing as they're trying to goad Capcom into licensing them for a Final Fight comic in 2008.
Also, Street Fighter Legends : Sakura = Awesomely funny.

Well, they've collected the first run in a huge ass Trade collecting comic #0 to #14. I don't know if they've put the whole SF2 run in a trade, yet. Same goes for Legends : Sakura.
Legends Sakura is a 4 parter, so you should be able to hunt down the standard issues without difficulty. There's appearances by :
-Dan
-Zangief
-R. Mika
-Kei (from MSHvSF intro)
-Hinata (from Rival Schools)
-Natsu (from Rival Schools)
-Shoma (from Rival Schools)
-E. Honda
-Karin (obviously! and she has her manservant too!)
I think there might even be others, too. It's REALLY really good.

Um, I've seen one of the animated movies (can't remember which) and the fight scenes were very well done. The plot was meh, but it was watching for the pretty fight scenes.
And the Live Action one, which frankly disturbed me.

About the movies, I never watch them for plot... I want so some kickass fight scenes! Hadoken! *gets bricked* Ouch! Still, the 1994 Live Action movie is almost as bad as Super Mario's time on the big screen.
