Anyways, the second room has a bunch of flying red koopas. I some how managed to jump on every single one without touching the ground. Got a few nifty 1ups, and I haven't been able to recreate that since then.
Epic Failure: That first goomba in Super Mario Bros. 1-1. Admit it. You've all died many times due to that monster.

That happened to friend one time. He was playing the really hard "Paranoia" (It was like, a 10/10 feet) and he was doing good but he messed twoards the end and failed.

I was playing online on Quantum of Solace today, "grinding" Golden Gun (as you do, for, you know, the achievements), and my moment of epic failure comes during a match. Either way, I was playing on the Barge level, ran up some stairs, and at the top, was greeted by "The Man With the Golden Gun". He shot at me, and since the Golden Gun carries explosive bullets apparently, I recieved a little bit of splash damage since his aim was slightly off. Anyway, using the Shotgun (the noob I am), I took him out with a single shot. Unfortunately my health was still pretty low, I nabbed the golden gun, then went to run down the stairs. Apparently I ran too fast since when I ran down the stairs, I suddenly died. The top left of the screen showed a little picture of a man falling, with "Exodist" next to it. So yeah, I died because I ran down some stairs too fast, missed a few steps and died from the apparent damage. Was pretty epic fail in my eyes, considering I just got the goldun gun and everything.

in Kingdom Hearts, you know how you have to put in a name for your raft after Riku picks, I always put "Your Mom" because after your type it in, Sora goes.
