Woah there, we're talking about two completely different games. PW is quirky, but No More Heroes is just plain weird. (I do love No More Heroes don't get me wrong.)
Sure, the thought of these two games being combined is awesome. But let's face the facts. It just wouldn't work. For one thing, Phoenix would have THOUSANDS of cases a month! Also, Travis wouldn't be Larry, Larry is pathetic and just......Larry. While Travis is just a dorky, psychotic dofus. Travis kills for a living and he also does get a few girls to chase after him. Silvia and Holly anyone?
Also, almost everyone in No More Heroes is dangerous. They could kill you in a second.
Sure, PW does have colorful characters and complex story.
But No More Heroes has WAY more colorful characters and a MUCH more complex story.
No More Heroes has many hidden meanings behind it, while PW is pretty simple and everything is explained to you.
My point is....that No More Heroes is waaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyy too complex for the PW universe. Don't get me wrong, I love PW and No More Heroes equally. But this is just kinda......pointless.....

I loved NMH and all, but this kind of reminds me of the people who swear Evangelion is the deepest anything in the history of anything and understanding it is akin to reaching nirvana...when it's really just a bunch of giant robots and aliens fighting each other with a clusterfuck of random Christian terminology thrown in for a story.

Except it's true, because there is so much more to No More Heroes than is initially apparent, even after you finish the game and see everything it has to offer. Probably because it never occurs to you, usually, while playing it.
It's probably as dense as something can get while being utterly shallow, if that makes sense.
