Dammit, I wanna play it! I was a bit disappointed because I wanted GGX3, but this game is going to be great!
And the characters are nearly like those from Guilty Gear, for me Ragna is like Sol, Jin is a BB version of Ky and that huge half-robo dude is Potemkin ^^

Arakune: aerial hitter. Works like Eddie as well. (Currently low tier)
Taokaka: cute little cat girl. claws more rapidly than Millia and much like Wolverine. (Currently Top Tier)
I would suggest seeing Arakune's aerial stuff. he's awesome.

I loved the Guilty Gear series. I was obsessed with it during the better half of 2003, and a good chunk of 2004. Let's hope BlazBlue will fill those enormous shoes.
Also, Qualrath: Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus is essentially GGX3. It has a new story mode that immediately follows the events of GGX2. Don't know if it's ever coming here to the states though.

Then again, Slash didn't have a story mode, so we might get lucky. The 2-D fighting game world can be described as making a comeback. So I'd have my fingers crossed if I were you. (Meaning if they released Accent Core, they might as well release AC Plus. Because of new fighters such as BlazBlue and more of their works coming here, they will be stuck for choices.)

Looks like Tager is made of fail and Arakune is a mix of two of my best GG characters (Faust/Zappa) with a dash of Testyment so yeah I think I'll go with him instead.
