The final boss in LUNAR: Eternal Blue, if you're at level 99.
The final boss in Suikoden IV, if you've got killer runes, fury runes, double-beat or double-strike runes, power rings, max. level weapons, and best armor.
The final boss in Xenogears, if you've taken out the four orbs first.

Almost the same can be said for Final Fantasy 8 limit-break abuse for most fights and the final fights against Saren in Mass Effect.

I honestly through that Majima was a hard boss fight than Shimano. :U
