After the longest video game development cycle ever (13 years), courtesy of Gearbox (creators of Borderlands), one of the Internet's oldest gaming jokes, "Duke Nukem Forever" has been finished, is being pollished, and will be released next year for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC. No, really.
