Yeah. They weren't kidding.

(I really thought it would be the Darkstalkers game for a sec, there. Capcooooom! *shakes fist in comically over-the-top fashion*)

Alright misery guts....

Woo sweet! A new monster hunter game!

Not particularly in my style or particularly likely to see western shores but hey it's support for a franchise I support and I can get behind that.

Same way I'd get behind a AA-themed....cooking mama...or something... :yuusaku:

Hey. Street Fighter got their stupid puzzle spin off, Ace Attorney got theirs, I'd be darned surprised if Megaman didn't. It's apparently monster hunter's time. This isn't a continued strain of Capcom being idiots. This is quite par for the course.

Not saying I'm remotely interested in this myself, but you shouldn't bash something for what it never was supposed to be. Legends? That's fair. AAI2? Fair. Locking away half the game behind a pay wall? Fair. This? Not fair.

Also, there's word that this isn't the actual "unexpected game" that's got everyone excited. Apparently, there is still more yet to come. Still a rumor, but for now this is what we get (or don't get considering this most likely won't get localised). But you get what I mean. This is the "unexpected game", until such a time where Capcom reveals their true "unexpected" title.

Well, for me, it´s just all the collected frustration I am releasing, everytime I see or hear what Capcom makes for their next step, or rather, what they dont do, like localizing certain games. (GS5, Monster Hunter TriG), continuing their Pre-Order DLC-Bullshit (Asura´s Wrath, Resident Evil 6) letting down Mega Man, ridiculing Dante... etc. pp.

It is just all that and more. Day after day fans are hoping for somethign decent but they seem to give a shit about it.
Every little bit of information or a release-date for one of the games above would lift some of those clouds....

Also, that it is now Monster Hunter´s turn on the Puzzle-Thingy, well, it hits me double hard since I am a Monster Hunter-Fan myself so I was hoping for eventually something else...

Well, at least Dragon´s Dogma seems to look kinda decent, may even consider buying it sometime... *sigh*

Not to beat the dead "OMGCapcomsuks" horse any more than it needs to be, I agree. Want good DLC. See Borderlands. Want bad DLC. See Capcom. I'm not that bothered about the Mega Man thing or the new DMC, although it is getting a little mysterious how Capcom keeps taking existing characters and changing the way they look so drastically that the fans outrage. Hobo-Wright and now Emo-Dante (not counting "Mega sorry I couldn't resist the buffet", since that's already a pre-existing image for Mega Man).

In my opinion, Capcom needs to shape up. Especially after SFxT, their image has gone way down. Also, lol at Dragon's Dogma. Capcom actually said they expect it to be a huge hit and sell at least 10 million. At least. Humility, Capcom. Where be it?

Problem in my view is, that it ain´t even a dead horse.
It is a lively, strutting, jumping, drinking and eating horse.
They seem to really care for it and to keep it as much alive, as possible.
Maybe I do overreact, but it just seems to me that way.

That Capcom X Namco X Sega RPG game looks promising, so if they decide to localize it my affection points towards Capcom will increase a bit. If not, well then Capcom can go **** themselves and make more fighting games goddamit.
