I've looked everywhere for a Sly Cooper thread, thought it seems that no one's started one... So I decided that I should!

The Sly Cooper series is one of my favourite series out there. There's a certain charm to being a gang of anthropomorphic creatures who have a Robin Hood-like goal, and the storyline is great (in my opinion...maybe it's not the best, but I've loved it and keep coming back every time!). My brother and I have played through the entire series (1, 2, and 3) at least 7 times so far.

Sucker Punch has continually improved on the gameplay and the game mechanics, though it's quite unfortunate that they decided to put their focus in their immensely-popular series inFamous, and letting Sly and the Gang take a backseat. Thank god for Sanzaru! They picked up the series right where it left off, and even brought back the original voice actors AND composer for the series. The ever-evolving gameplay continues in this game, where you get to play as Sly's ancestors (Rioichi Cooper and Sir Galleth Cooper are confirmed)!

One thing that I haven't been too keen on is the character's appearances. Their faces kind of look flattened compared to the originals (this is especially evident in the raccoons and Carmelita), and though the visuals are a big part of this game, I'm really happy to even have a game at all, because for a while it looked like there wasn't going to be one!

There's no set release date, though at E3 I believe that they announced it should be released this fall! I can't wait!!!
