MacHeist is one of those little gems that make me happy when it comes around. On the surface, and at base, it's a Mac Software Bundle sale. But, until that point, there's a ton of free games and puzzles that will make you quite a home if you've ever played Professor Layton.

This year it seems that all the puzzles are being done via iOS and Mac apps, as opposed to the web like past years.

Oh, and did I mention that solving said puzzles gets you paid software for free? Plus a discount on the actual bundle when it's sold? It's a lot of fun and even if you have no intention of buying any software. So just sit back and enjoy!
