Well, the Trauma Center games have yet to disappoint me, so I'll be giving this one a look. Wonder how tough it'll be?

One point I really liked about Trauma Center, was that Derek was perhaps the more irresponsible Doctor you could find. And over the course of the game he actually evolves in a way that makes you actually respect him.
If you already love your new Doctors, then there's not as much room for them to grow.
Then again, you're put into the situation where you'd be recycling The First title's plot, so I can see how this would be an obvious development... but, considering I'm more interested in the awesome music and drop dead difficult operations I should take with that what I will.

In the end, he kills both of them via de Killer, and the game reverts to the assault on Delphi Headquarters.
