You gotta remove the triti in an order so that no Trti are adjacent opposite or relating to the piece you remove. Its VERY hard to work out.

Darzie; I hate Deftera (I think its that one). Its luck based = fail. Its also the most glitchy. I had one seperate into 3 so I had an odd one out.

I want the Wii one, but it isn't out =[

I find Triti manageable if I remove the pieces row by row. Then use magic star power on the last two pieces.

I'll have to pick it up soon as I haven't beaten it yet :[

Savato was probably the seventh sin. I freakin hate Savato! Stupid piece of crap spiders...
Spoiler: maybe?
I had to kill the little spiders and suture the wounds and then freaking get rid of the big spider. Stupid...It took me around 20 tries to get past the first time you encounter Savato

Yes, it's quite a good pair of games (the DS and Wii versions, that is). They may be difficult at times, but that's only fitting, as actual surgery isn't exactly easy, either.

Heh, Shaun, just wait till X:1. I nearly threw my DS at a wall because of it.

I absolutly hate Deftera. And Pempti is so kickass in the X's I can't beat it.

My favourite mission (one of em) is the car crash one. >.> You heal everything before you resucitate the patient and enter the body with 5 minutes.

Speaking of time, anyone done the first mission in less than 24 seconds?

Yeah, you've got me addicted again.

I tried the two-stylus trick, but I wasn't comfortable unless one hand could hold on to the DS Sadshoe

I found one video with someone using two styli.

One of the best DS games ever. I should really dig out my old copy and get some practice. I still can't get past the damn 'Under the Knife' mission. Curse those little fish things...

On a side note, does anyone know where I could download the various character sprites from the game?

Ha, Deftera is fun times with glitches. I remember one time, I somehow got one fused together yet still moving, and then it started looking like it was spreading itself from one ends of the stream to another in the 4 directions, and spinning. It was sort of like Ikaruga, up until the game froze.

Anyways, yeah, big fan of Trauma Center here. Managed to beat all operations, including the X ones, and S rank them all too.

Trauma Center rocks! It's difficult, but in a wow, this is awesome sort of way. I just LOVE the Guilt operation theme. It's so appropriate and catchy.

Well then you have a gift, use it well. After long hours of hard work, I still have hard times with Trinti just cause I don't know what the heck everyone's talking about when they say how to do it, oh well.

Yeah, Triti's a bitch, I can't really remember how to do it anymore. D:

X5 is by far the hardest operation. It was the closest I ever came to snapping my stylus in half when I beat it without Healing Touch and missed on the bandage.

I have both games as well. I used to play Under the Knife all the time until I bought the first Phoenix Wright game. I haven't been playing it as much since. If I do play again, I'll have to start from the beginning and relearn everything. I haven't played Second Opinion as much as I want to because my nephew keeps playing it. My nephew's seven, and he's already passed both games ahead of me. I have so much catching up to do.

Heh heh, I need to finish Trauma Centre so I can give it back to the mate that leant it to me. I'm on the last operation, but it's so hard...
I'm going to finish it before I return it, even if she keeps bugging me. Just because she's awful at it, and thought that about half way through the game was actually the end. Nick
I might get Second Opinion when it finally comes out over here, but it's out around the same time as EBA is, and I'd rather play a game I haven't played before (with cheerleaders... in suits!) than a remake of a game I have played. Which costs £10 more.
