IMO I hate metal slimes from Dragon Warrior/Dragon Quest games (They run all the time)

Giygas wasn't that bad. D: While in Magicant, fighting that Loaded Dice was annoying, since it always summoned more enemies. When that happened, I always lost a Flying Man. ): Poor, poor Flying Men...
I also hated the Carefree Bombs. Or, anything that threw bombs or self-destructed.

Actually, there ARE enemies in Majora's Mask called Bad Bats. So Bleachlover is correct. Of course, Keese and Bad Bats are basically the same thing.
I find any enemy underwater (that you can't rightfully attack without doing something complicated) to be annoying. They can come from anywhere!
I also hate any GUILT strain from Trauma Center. They are so repetitive!
I despise headcrabs. Not only are they annoying (especially the fast ones), but they are also scary! And since we are on the topic of Half-Life, I also hate barnacles, zombies, zombines, antlions, and any other enemy the is not a combine soldier.
I hate the Hunters from the Halo series. If you don't have rockets, then prepare for a VERY long battle.
I hate indestuctible enemies, like things that are completely covered in spikes. I also hate indestuctible enemies that you can see until it's too late (like a fireball that comes on-screen during the middle of a jump).
I hate any pokemon that you encounter 5+ times in a row (Zubat, Geodude, Ratatta, Bidoof, etc.).
I hate any bug enemy because of how creepy they are...
Let's see... That's all that I can think of for now.

I've played through some horrendously shitty games solely because of cool underwater beasties.
Which is why I was so pissed that they took the Ichthyosaur out of Half-Life 2. :/

Also, Serpent from Mega Man ZX. Without all E Tanks and Health Upgrades, your only hope is to mash buttons like crazy. There's hardly any way to dodge his attacks and the worst thing is that after every fatal blow you deal to him his weak points keep rising so you have to switch to Model HX and use that as your sole source of power. It's simply nuts! And that's on the easiest difficulty! <__<

UC isn't just one bad guy though, it is the main weak point (which opens and closes), the two hypnotized "pawns" it takes control over who have seriously wide (and fast) attack ranges, and the room-full of Mini Cores that are streaming from the right. The only redeeming quality is that, unless they are attacking, bad guys can't hurt you with a touch. You actually ride the MiniCores's up to get into firing range of the UC. Even still, the UC has an ungodly amount of heath, so killing the pawns are a very good idea while it recharges for an attack.
