In a newsletter called The Rareware Scribes, they said that the world featured in Banjo-Threeie is going to be 'so' different that they had to change the looks of Banjo and Kazooie. Plus they said that Banjo 'had to grow up to today's standards', so basically it's our fault as gamers with high expectations that Banjo and Kazooie got a major makeover. :P

I guess I'm different, a long with hundreds (yes hundreds, hard to believe to some I guess) would still get this. The way I see it is this, graphics do not make a game good. It is the plot and gameplay that makes a good game.

But, that's not the point. The point is that Banjo looks so butt-ugly, he makes Bubsy look cool. His grin is enough to give children nightmares. He's laughable at best. He looks like fucking Barney in a bear costume. His smile is faker than fools gold. His nose is SQUARE. Fucking SQUARE, man!
Really, don't be so ignorant. I'm sure you would rather look at nice, polished, smooth, clean graphics than the one this stinker shat out. I mean, just take a deep, long, good look at it and count how long before it takes you to facepalm and burst out in laughter. It's a joke at best. Even Conker's Bad Fur Day looked better than this.
On the subject of Kazooie, she looks like she got into a fight with a pair of scissors and lost. Following that, she proceeded to drug it up to relieve the pain and suffering.
