Hot Lesbian/Alien sex is hot....
My only gripe about the game is that the sidequests make me want to punch an infant. It's basically "scan the surface of planet with Mako, kick some enemy ass, enter bunker and do it moar, activate something, rinse, repeat..."

Yeah,the sidequests are annoying.You're right about that,it's just enter random planet,drive around in Mako,shoot stuff,return to Normandy/Citadel/whatever.

I'm currently at the relative beginning of the game, after Eden Prime and before any other major areas. I'm at that research facility, chasing after the main badguy's female sidekick thing. My biggest issue with this is that there is no continue system in the game, and if you die in the facility (which is so damn easy, considering the enemies are fucking ZERGS WITH POISON EXPLOSIVES ATTACHED TO THEIR BODIES), you have to start alllllllll the way at the beginning of the mountain and make your way through that fuckton of Geth, again. And again. And again.
The worst part is, I really, really want to love this game. It's the first thing I've played where it's more fun conversing with people than killing them (and I honestly mean that first part, I love talking in this game).
BUT CHRIST THIS IS THE WORST COMBAT EVERr.

Unless I am pressing start at the wrong times to look (which would be unlikely considering there were tons of moments that were completely safe), from the moment I step forward and the Geth attack, I have to do the entire 'dungeon' in one fell swoop, like I said earlier.

Personally, I enjoyed Wrex, because not only did he have some of my favorite dialog within the game, but turned out to be an interesting character.

Wrex is great, Ashley I included for the romancing subplot shit purely (she's a goddamned hippie with a gun, man I hate her), but I'll switch Wrex out with Garrus every now and then because I like him too. Can I just ditch Ashley for Garrus (in order to experience a team of pure badasses) and simply talk to her in-between missions, or do I really have to keep her everywhere?
Also no matter how long I wait or where I go, I still can't save anywhere in it. This blows.
