Granted, they may seem a little weird, but damn, these movies were awesome!! The first SP movie was my favorite!

Is there anyone else out here that loves The Swan Princess or any of its' sequels?

(And before any conversation starts, No. The Swan Princess is NOT a Disney movie.)

This movie was so awesome, the first one I mean (I always thought the sequels were kinda odd xP). Me and my sisters keep watching it even today mostly for the songs and the awesome Finnish voice-acting.

Honestly I'd never guessed someone else but me would bring this movie up here in CR-Forums xD

I've seen it too! But I honestly don't remember much about it, but I think the princess' name was Odette, wasn't it? Oh, I'm gonna have to look this movie up now...

And, yes, this movie was not made by Disney. I think Fox or MGM made it.

Yay, another two fans!

@ Steel Samurai: The songs are awesome! I found a few of them on Playlist.com and added them to a playlist, so that's kinda why I made a topic on here about it.

And Lord Rogers is so funny~! "You should write a book: 'How to Offend Women in 5 Syllables Or Less'" :redd: Ah, now I wanna watch it again!!

@ nekonohime: Yeah, the princess's name was Odette, and the movie was made by new Line Cinema, I believe.

Oh god it's been AGES since I've watched those movies. I still enjoy them thoroughly. Heck, on Monday my friend and I were talking about TSP because we went to an aquarium for a Oceanography field trip and we saw puffins, and that made me think of Puffin from the movie. XD And then it was onto Jean Bob and Speedy. But yes, I'll have to watch those movies again soon so I can sing along with them. XD

Oh god, I loved Speedy! XD Jean Bob and Puffin too, but Speedy, at least to me, seemed like he was even funnier!

I'm still a big fan of those movies. Mostly the first one. Rothbart was the first villain I had a crush on... XD I still think that he have a lot of charisma (Though I think that many villains in kid's movies have lots of charisma) and I love his voice... and Jean-Bob (the frog) is just too hilarious! :will:

Oh lord, Rothbart... (In the Barbie version of Swan Lake, I made a joke that my brother had a big nose just the that version of Rothbart. XD) TSP Rothbart cracked me up, though. Every once in a while, I'll start singing "No More Mr. Nice Guy" because of him!

I liked the original, I guess. Mostly for the villain.

@ Steel Samurai: Me too. It's mostly because of how dense he can be sometimes. <3 (But his hair....... It's just so.... fugly.... DX)

@ Gerkuman: *nods head* I honestly think that Rothbart was the funniest out of the three villains.

The Swan Princess is one of my favorite animated movies ever. I'm not too crazy about the sequels though.

And I understand why some people get upset how in old animated movies of fairy tales that the creators always make the blondest blondes to become the princesses, but Odette is one of my favorite characters since she's down to earth and kind and wants a man to love her for reasons beyond attraction. And Derrick is an imbecile, Odette deserves better.

Yeah I loved the first Swan Princess film, never seen the others.

I liked Speedy and Rothbart best, he just had the best song even if he was the villain.
