3 months 'till Vol 3 airs. Huh. What a signifigance......

Anyway, S2 finale of Heroes this Thursday on BBC2 in the UK. Hopefully later this upcoming month, I'll have the DVD to keep me occupied 'till September 15th comes.

BTW, the 1st episode is....2 hours long? According to this, on Monday September 15th, a Heroes clip show will show for an hour. Then, Ep 1 will air for 2 hours. Wow. Also, Heroes Origins is cancelled because they wanna focus on the main series.

I was sort of looking forward to Orgins, but I'm glad it's cancelled. They don't need another Season 2, you know? And, yeah, as far as I know, the Season Premiere will be 2hrs long.

Can't wait. Literally marked it on my calandar.

Read an interview the other day with Hayden, saying the season will show the villain in all of them, and that the anti-Claire had brown hair (saw a picture, anyway. I think she's better blonde). She said that the episodes (I THINK. I COULD BE REMEMBERING WRONG) would show them if they took the not-so-heroic path, you know. Wonder where this leaves Sylar, lol.

Whoops sorry I got a bit mixed up there.

. Season 3 will air on Monday, 22nd September on NBC & Global. This is for America.
. Suprisingly, Season 3 will air on BBC 2 on September 25th. This is for the UK. (YAY! I don't have to watch it online!)
. Episode 1 will be 3 hours long (Sorry about befoe cos I said 2)

.Tim Kring has also announced that Vol.4 (which will make up the last 12 episodes of season 3) will be called "Fugitives"

On the Season 2 DVD it announced what would've happened in the story if the writers strike didn't happen.

Spoiler: Season 2 Parallel Ending (Contains hints fron aired ending)

Ok, I've seen the Second Coming & I'm currently watching The Butterfly Effect. There's a LOT to talk about, but I'll use the spoiler tag instead.

Spoiler: WARNING! MAJOR SPOILERS!

.Future Claire tries to kill Future Peter but fails & he goes back to the present day. Future Peter is the one who shot Nathan. Nathan lives however. Future Peter shot him because if Nathan told the world who they really were, then there would be slaughters.

.Suresh gains powers via an injection. He develops a relationship with Maya. Later on, his skin goes funny & starts to peel off.

.Sylar finds Claire & takes her ability. He doesn't kill her but she has lost her powers. To ensure her safety (since Noah still has to work for the company) her real mother Meredith arrives to take care of her.

.Sylar intends to go to Lv5 in the company's cell to get the people's special abilities.He kills Bob Bishop. He almosts kills Elle too but a powerful energy blast sends him flying & she blacks out. When she wakes up, the fugitives escape. They imprison Sylar & Elle ends up being fired by Angela Petrelli.

.Peter catches his future self but disappears, so everyone thinks that his future self is supposedly the present Peter( except for his mother & he also tells Nathan). His future self puts the present day Peter in the body of Jesse Murphy (one of the convicts that escapes).

.Hiro is now CEO of Yamagato industries & his father kept half of a formula in a safe that could destroy the world. A new character called Daphne Millbrook with the ability to run fast steals ithe formula & gets away. Hiro goes into the future (again!) to see what would happen. Future Hiro & Ando fight over the half of the formula & Ando kills Future Hiro (by using an energy blast? WTF!?). The ground begins to collapse but Hiro returns to the present just in time. Hiro tries to offer Daphne a trade but it fails. However he plants a tracking device & is able to find her wherever she is.

.Matt finds Future Peter & he sends Matt to a desert-like location against his will. After he collapses, a man saves him & he finds out that hes in Africa. The man turns out to be able to see into the future & knows Matts name.

.Linderman is apparently still alive.....(have to admit, I didn't expect that). But only Nathan can see him.

.Another character with the ability to create ice. Her name is Tracy Strauss & she bears an uncanny resemblence to Niki Sanders.

.Sylar's real mother is Angela Petrelli (which means Peter & Sylar are related! ZOMG!!!!)

Thats all I know so far from episodes 1 & 2. I'll remind you guys that these spoilers are MASSIVE. If you haven't seen the episodes yet then stay away.

Okay what the fuck has happened to Heroes, seriously.

Is anyone still watching? I feel like I should give up on it at this point, but I want to stick it out to the end of the season, out of hope that it'll eventually make sense. But it won't, will it!? My hope is a distant, futile one.

If they can't have Sylar behave with any kind of consistent character over the course of a single episode, there's no hope for him in the finale :(

Well I still watch it but......yeah the storyline has gotten a bit "off" recently. But like you Croik, I'm going to stick it out 'till Volume 3 finishes in hope that it'll make sense. Also, Sylar has DEFINITLEY been a bit of a pussy in the last few eps.

Anyone who would like to mourn with me what could have been one of the greatest shows in the past decade, but instead crashed and third-degree-burned (in my humble opinion) because of that damned carnival storyline? Anyone?
