Fave card off the top of my head is Dark Magician Girl. And Toon World is pretty cool to, I have to admit.

As for the anime, I thought it was cool when I first saw it (certainly far, far better than Pokemon). Although, the thing that always confounded me was how a childrens card game could bring about the (supposed) destruction of the world as we know it.
I do think that Yugioh GX sucks, though (at least compared to the old series).

That was a pretty amusing thing. It was totally unnecessary and even though I don't frequent the YGO centric communities, I'd imagine the playerbase is fairly pissed off.

One thing that pissed me off was the US Distributor, Upper Deck. Well, those bastards aren't there no mo, so you can expect some cards to be released in the US format.
Like the Earthbound Immortals. Those dickweeds at UD can't screw us over anymore, Konami's takin' our annoying decks to a new level.

So when exactly is Konami going to be able to take control of the distribution and tournaments? I know UD won their law suit and that's why Konami cut their product. So would Konami be able to take over the game when the UD deal expires or what?

YGO was great, since it was the original xD
GX started out pretty meh, but got pretty epic about halfway through season 3
I couldn't watch 5D's for more than a few episodes, but other people told me it gets really good >_>

Haha. Anyway, I really enjoyed it. Seto Kaiba was one of my first anime crushes. I don't really watch the show or care for it anymore; particularly not all of its spin-offs, but I still love Yu-Gi-Oh! Abridged to this day :D

One thing I didn't add was that I used to have a binder fulla Yu-Gi-Oh cards, but I lost it one day and never saw it again. I've begun a new set of cards, usually the ones that my friend doesn't need from our little adventures to Target.
I currently have a Yu-Gi-Oh tin fulla cards, as well as one deck (Starter deck, actually).
Back when I had the binder, had had all 3 God Cards (but they were put in the wash, so they are probably worthless even if I find them), all Exodia pieces, and alot of rare cards.
And as for the show? Stopped watching when GX came around, but my friend insists on watching it. It's rather amusing how seriously they take the game. Really, really amusing.

Well to stay on topic I prefere the first seasons (before GX and 5d´s)
I have 2009, 2008 and 2007, (2007 is best) And Wifi but my DS is Broken And can i ask, What's people fave type of deck. Mine Is Either
Macro Comos: (Remove form Play deck) Never los with mine,and it's called Guilty Love! (Epic Name for a Deck)
Destiny Hero: Elemental heros i hate but i like Destiy Heros, there easier to use. (names "Phoenix Destiny" Cliche names yay!)
Zombie decks: Spamming level 5 monsters in the first turn (ftw). (My Zombie deck is called "How's life" I suck at deck names)
Show wise i watched a couple of GX episode and some 5 ds i was like "What the hell?" I'm getting too old for these and now i's just stupid. What the hell is up with syrus's voice or that teacher (i don't know his name!).
