Here you can discuss about anything and everything about Star Trek, from TOS to Star Trek the Movie (2009). Talk about your favorite characters, episodes, and all else in the boundaries of Starfleet, and beyond, where no man has gone before.

Live long and prosper! *Vulcan handsign*

Edit: This was originally Long live and prosper to test your Star Trek knowlege but someone down below requested to make the mistake right.
I've been away for far too long.
So long, in fact, that all of my signatures now exist behind a paywall.
Bummer.

I'm a big fan of Next Generation and me and Chi regularly watch the episodes in order, it's kind of a ritual thing :)
It's really enjoyable and Data is easily our most favorite character. How can you not love that innocent android? *g*

Next Generation here. I think my favorite character in that series was Season 2's Dr. Pulaski. She was the only character in the cast that had some independent thinking from the primary cast. I liked that she brought some much needed conflict. Too bad she left so soon. I never really liked Crusher, she never amounted to anything special.

I liked DS9 as a series best, although it had the worst ending. TNG had the most "wow this is fantastic" episodes, but also a much less interesting crew.

Deep Space 9 and TNG are the best.

I was exposed to some of the worst instances of Star Trek as a kid.

I watched some of TNG and DS9 with my Dad, but never had much of an interest in it. I do remember being excited whenever DS9 was on, because Worf was in it and I thought Worf was a coooool guy. When I came into my "OH MY LORD SCIENCE FICTION SURE IS AWESOME" phase, Voyager was on air. I really really really wanted to like Star Trek, so I'd stay up until TEN O CLOCK on a school night to watch it. It didn't really stick with me. Then Nemesis came out. Then Enterprise came out. Oh boy.

Most of my good memories of the franchise lie in the movies. Star Treks IV and VI are awesome as hell. I also love First Contact and Generations.

That was the whole point of the mistake. To see your Star Trek knowledge, but fine, if you want me to edit it out, then I will.

I like the TOS crew best but the TNG episode stories are a bit better.
