In episode 60 of Bleach, when
Spoiler:
It is revealed that Aizen isn't really dead, and was behind the entire plot. And then stabs Momo. For no good reason.

This topic is bound to be a ton of posting youtube links of a bunch of terrible things. I mean, that's what it already is really. So, I'll class it up a bit. I love this:

Gungrave ending. Don't click on it if you, ya know, care.

In the FMA manga (I hope I can still post this ^^') I love the part when...
Spoiler:
Barry attacks Riza, and she pulls a gun out of her grocery bag.

Don't have a link, 'cause I'm lazy. (And I read it a long time ago, so I have no idea when it happened.)

Yuki defending Kyon in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya and getting stabbed in the palm takes the cake for me. But then again, I don't know as much about anime as I wish I did.

Nah, I think it was part of why Sozin, Azulo and Ozai thought World Domination was the shit.

You want to talk about EPIC Avatar? Fine:

Spoiler: Avatar Aang SPOILER
Ozai "helping" Aang unlock the Avatar State, pwning the Phoenix King, resisting the urge to kill him and THEN taking his Firebending away. Now THAT'S EPIC right there. When he's in the Avatar State he's literally all his past lives and his present self at the same time. Being able to hold them back from doing what he felt was wrong despite being a kid--THAT'S EPIC.

The EPIC MOMENT for me that comes in second would be

Spoiler: Fire Nation Invasion Spoilers
When Zuko redirects Ozai's lightning right when the eclipse ends. He tried to learn how to shoot lightning (which didn't work out) yet he redirected his father's without much trouble XD

The first episode of the second season of Touch

Spoiler:
When Katsuya is killed trying to save a child from being hit by a car. Really, that is one of the most shocking things I have seen in any anime, totally didn't see that coming. It was so sad and I cried for three episodes. It is no wonder Touch is one of the highest-rated animes in history and I've heard that this particular episode was the most watched anime episode (I believe the specific number was 60% of Japan watched that episode at the time of it's airing. They just don't make them like they used to.

Touch really is an epic anime altogether and if you can get you hands on a copy, I highly suggest you watch it. This is why Adachi is the best!

Ashita no Joe

You can end the topic there. Nothing out of Japan will ever surpass this. Riikishi's death is second to this, and outdoes practically every post in this topic.

OK, I'm not too huge on anime and I'm only into a few series that are pretty mainstream I guess. So I apologize for any Utter Lameness on my part, here

But yeeeahhh anyway I was freakin out when in the manga (haven't seen the anime yet),
Spoiler: Peacemaker vol. 5/Peacemaker Kurogane vol. 1
when Okita decapitated Suzu's master, what'shisname ... Yoshida? during the Ikedaya Incident and Suzu kept his head wrapped in a blanket. And he carried it around with him even after he reappeared at the end of PK vol. 1 as that old pedo's "kitten". Then he slashed the man's head in half down the middle.
Who'd have thought he would turn into such a creeper, wtf.

And I cried like the pitiful little girl I am in the latest volume of Fruits Basket when
Spoiler: volume twenty-two I think
the curses finally broke.
I cry when Hatori cries, okay. And I'd been waiting for four years to see it happen. It was kinda like the ending of Harry Potter. D':
Actually the waterworks FIRST started when Akito meets Uotani and Hana at the hospital and confesses to stabbing Kureno. And you're sitting there thinking Uo's gonna punch her lights out, but you turn the page and what does she do? She hugs her. she HUGS the woman who stabbed the man she fell in love with. My heart broke, in a good way.

... Actually, it kinda blew my mind when Akito even stabbed Kureno in the first place.

Kay, you might want to tone the ruffling down a bit.
