Cyrus gestured Jade and Sano to follow him up to the second floor and told them where their rooms were, he himself went into his room and collapsed on his bed.

Jade thanked Cyrus as he left, and entered her room. She looked round, and smiled,
Woah, wasn't expecting a bed...and a room! To myself! No matter what I have to do now, I think this makes it worth it! Which reminds me...patrols tommorow. Better get some rest...
She threw her bag and shoes on the floor and slumped into the surprisingly soft bed, before falling asleep almost immediately.

Sano staggered into his room. The past few days were waying heavily on him. That fact that he hadn't slept was starting to show. He took off his trenchcoat, vest, and tie and tossed them on to a chair. He kicked off his shoes and socks. They landed near the door.
The Colt .45 he always carried with him was slipped carefully under his pillow. He laied down and began thinking.
"So many un-answered question..." he mumbled to himself as he pulled his fedora down over his eyes. Slowly, he drifted into an uneasy sleep wrought with nightmares of his father.

Lycos went upstairs to the sleeping quarters and went down the hall. He opened the door opposite the storage area and entered his assigned room. It was more comfortable that the ruined building, but he prefers the isolation there better than here. He laid in bed and fell asleep rather quickly.

Jade jumped up from the bed as soon as she heard Ayn moving outside. She'd been listening for the past hour, having been woken by what sounded like white noise blaring from her mobile, but which turned out to be a badly recorded Garyuu Wave song she'd set as her alarm yesterday, and forgotten to turn off. After getting over the annoyance of being woken up so abruptly, she'd realized it was a bit of a favour, and got ready the best she could, using the mirror, fold up hair brush and make up in her bag.
I got a chance to get ready, I suppose. Though if I get a chance I wouldn't mind changing...actually, what are we doing today? Kane said something about patrols...it's a good thing I've got the day off today. But what should I say if Becka rings? I could turn my mobile off, but then what would I do if I needed to ring someone...oh well, I'll think of something.
She made her way to the door and swung it open,
"G'morning, Ayn."

Sano's ears perked up after Ayn left. He'd been awake since one in the morning. Finding nothing better to do, he'd laid in bed and mulled over what to tell the chief. In the end, he'd called the station at six and said he'd be staying home sick that day.
Slowly, he crawled out of bed. He threw on his vest, tie, and trenchcoat. He struggled to get his socks and shoes on. Before leaving he slipped his .45 back in it's holster. He went downstairs and ordered a screwdriver at the bar. It was his normal routine, just with a new place.

Isher walked past Lycos and said in a voice that was barely a whisper "You're making a mistake, you're supposed to patrol with me, if you died, it would be a lot of paperwork for me." and then he went to the market without another word.

Lycos sighed as he followed after Isher. He knew that Isher would be kinda upset but it's not like it was the first time he has patrolled alone. Even though the two were supposed to be patrolling together, he stayed a fair distance back. Just far enough so he can still hear what Isher says if he whispers.

Isher continued swiftly down the road and narrowly avoided a passing car as he went past a few squabbling women, he approached the market and then stopped and leaned backwards against the wall of a quite tall building, he kept his eyes on the shoppers and began to mumble.

On the other side of the market, Cyrus and Ayn were also looking carefully at each of the shoppers, "Isher said he seen Marcus de Bliss here yesterday, do you know what he looks like?" asked Ayn quietly,
"Quite tall, short brown hair, small eyes, and-" Cyrus stopped as he began wondering the market himself, he gestured Ayn to stay where he was, he knew that he must not communicate with other R.E.B.E.L members or he would look suspicious, he picked up a Kiwi from a stall and pretended to examin it while trying to look for anything unusual out of the corner of his eyes.

Lycos caught a glimpse of Cyrus and smirked before disappearing into an alley between two buildings. Moments later he was stationed on top of the building he was standing in front of earlier and was surveying the area from his new perch. "What a nice day to be looking out for someone, huh wolf?"

Lycos turned around quickly to see a young dragon standing at the other end of the roof. "Drake, how did you find me? I thought I left you in the last town..." Lycos said calmly.

"You don't exactly leave a clean trail to follow, but I did manage to get a lead on you from that owner of the Silver Fox." Drake walked over and stood next to Lycos, looking over the edge of the roof. "So, who you looking for this time? One of the Bliss?"

"That's none of your business." Lycos spat, pulling Drake from the edge of the roof. "You know that I can't tell you about my job."

"Still playing the defense card I see. No matter, I'll get the information from you one of these days..." Drake opened his wings and climbed onto the ledge. "Until we meet again, brother."

Lycos growled in annoyance as he watched Drake fly off, down the street over the other R.E.B.E.L. agents. He turned his back to the ledge and rested against it then pulled his phone out of his pocket and dialed Cyrus' number.

"Well, he's an old friend of mine. and he's been interested in what I've been doing lately... a bit too interested. I think he was hired by de Bliss to keep me distracted from finding them." Lycos sighed as he looks over the marketplace, spotting Ayn, Cyrus, and Isher. "I'm not sure anymore about how long I can keep him out of the picture."

Drake landed on the roof top of a building across town. He walked in through the stairwell entrance and headed down into the lower levels. After passing through several areas, he walked up to an ornate door.

"Enter."
"I think he's on to me." Drake said
"That's not good. Keep an eye on him but don't let him know you're trailing him."
"Yes sir." Drake bowed and left.

"Wait... I just spotted Marcus, where the hell are you?" said Cyrus staring at the very Bliss he was looking for.

Isher and Ayn had also spotted Marcus and both were moving slowly towards him.

Marcus, who was unaware that he was surrounded by four R.E.B.E.L members was standing near a stall that was selling some necklaces, he began rummaging in his pocket for a cigarette.

Lycos chuckled into the phone. "Would you believe right above him?" he said calmly, looking straight down at Marcus. The shop that the de Bliss was standing at was stationed right in the first floor of the building he's on top of. "If you can spare a moment to look up at the roof of the building he's in front of, you'll see me."

Lycos kept on the line as he kept an eye on de Bliss. He was ready to jump down should the need be. His jacket ready for the decent should he need to use the slow his fall.

"No angels, just better vantage point so I can keep an eye on you three and any potential target." Lycos said calmly. He looked around the area and frowned.

Standing not too far from Cyrus was Wren, the same one he saw try to poison Ayn at the Platinum Dragon a few days ago. "Cyrus, remain clam. The one that was trying to poison Ayn at the bar is not that far behind you. He's heading your way."

Cyrus almost dropped his phone "What? Wren?..." he looked behind him and surely saw the Cyborg not too far from him "Oh- Lycos, he's their leader! Not even our powers combined can beat him! I-I'm" Cyrus put as much distance as he can from Wren and began stalking Marcus "I'll take the weaker guy instead."

"Cyrus, you do that, I got a plan." With that, Lycos hung up on Cyrus and put his phone away, pulling a small bag out of his jacket as if pulling it from thin air. He pulled a gun out of the bag, The gun far to large to fit in it normally, and aimed it at Wren.

Three shots were launched at once out of the rifle, hitting wren in three areas that showed flesh instead of metal. 'That should slow him down.' Lycos thought as he reloaded.

Wren staggered as he was hit by the bullets, people around him were screaming and taking cover, the cyborg then dissolved into a dark silver liquid that beagn sliding along the floor at a dangerous speed.

Cyrus looked and saw that Marcus began to flee the market as well and gave chase, he gave Isher a signal, a silver dart was fired from a small device that was attached to the top of Isher's coat, it buried itself in Marcus' arm who didnt even turn to look for his attacker, and began to dash down the streets, Cyrus looked ahead and saw that Marcus became a mass of black smoke and knew that any projectile he threw at him would simply pass through, instead he ran after him.

Lycos cursed as his target vanished from his view and stowed the gun away, pulling out a sword and leaping from the roof. his Jacket formed a make shift parachute as he glided down in front of Wren's path.

With a flick of his wrist, he sliced the puddle of liquid that was Wren in two, hoping to get Wren's attention.

The two puddles of liquid paused for a moment and then moved, one slid away and dissapeared under a stall while the other formed a kind of metal claw that began to rise and turn towards Lycos...
Ayn leapt forward and shot a spell at it forcing it to drop to the ground but in no time it was moving again and faced Ayn.
"Go after Marcus! I'll buy you some time." said Ayn as he saw Isher aiming a pistol at the floor no doubt looking for the other half of the silver liquid.
