"I requested the background checks a week ago and so far, only Bell's came in. He's more or less clean. A few littering and loitering charges, but nothing major. Not even a shoplifting conviction. This seems to be close to his first felony arrest, and hopefully conviction." Miles now felt content. Phoenix's massage really helped him to relax and he now felt ready to get down to business. "Hold on." He stood up and walked over to his desk. After shuffling through a few piles of paper, he found Bell's background check. "There was one thing that bothered me about his check though. It seems that he was arrested on suspicion of assault and battery of Mrs. Sanchez's sister, Rocio, but the trial never finished. Marie Sanchez and the state dropped all charges on the grounds of a lack of evidence. That was his first felony arrest."

A sweat drop appeared on the side of Phoenix's head as Trucy clearly stated that he was a bad guy to a JUDGE. He knew that they weren't in court, but part of him still dreaded the gavel appearing from nowhere to convict him for murder as he had been charged for so many times (Once is more than enough... let alone twice right?). Phoenix secretly hoped that the Judge's 'costume' didn't look like his court outfit, cause that just might creep him out TOO much... specially on TV where he starts levitating...
"Ah- if you could excuse me for a moment..." Phoenix pardoned, waving his hand slightly, "I'm just going to check up on Zeth..."
Popping out to the hall behind the stadium, he looked around a bit for Zeth.
"No! I'm really not sure... Wright is starting to get out manned on the bad side, so I might stay there. I kind of hoped I could hop positions a bit- just to spice things up a little..." Spotting Zeth sitting on a box, with his back to a cupboard, Phoenix walked around the corner, Zeth barely noticing him. Zeth looked flushed, possibly from holding back alot of emotion. Zeth's face turned into a slight grin suddenly as he looked like he was forcing on a positive mood, "You'd enjoy the show, you crazy old man. Maya's here, and so is Phoenix obviously. We're all having a good time... Yeah- so far, the series starts after Phoenix and I torturing her. Oh what? No! Don't kill us!" Breaking out into a laugh that sounded genuine finally, Zeth noticed Phoenix watching his conversation. Giving him a happy wave, Phoenix noticed Zeth's green glasses in his hands, and his happy puffy eyes. Phoenix smiled. He knew who was at the other end of the phone.
"Tell him I said hi, and that we're watching over Maya," Phoenix smiled, stuffing his hands in his pockets, "I'm sure he knows about that shooting."
"No," Zeth replied, putting the phone away from his face. "I haven't told him, Phoenix and you know why. "He'd want that irresponsible prat behind bars, and he'd want me to do anything I could to do that. There is no way he'd let Anthony be in the same movie as Maya if he knew." Gritting his teeth, Zeth glanced aside, "That stupid kid. He really doesn't get it. He's so focus on how my gunshots 'woke him up' that he totally misses the point that he open fired on a car in public and nearly killed a car full of people. Part of me wants to kill the bastard for being so irrisponsible, but if I didn that, it would only put me in the same position as him." Glancing down at the phone, he raised it back to his ear. "Sorry, Diego. Phoenix just asked me to say hi. Visiting hours must be just about over..." Closing his eyes, Zeth frowned unhappily, as he huddled himself into a ball, "I hope they let you out soon. Then we can go back to the good times..." Wiping his eyes, Zeth glanced back to Phoenix still standing there, and motioned him off. Phoenix nodded, walking back to the group.
"Poor Zeth," Phoenix murmured, He really misses Godot. Atleast this time, he can visit and talk to him...
Phoenix Day 1
Adjusting his position so he could see the pages as Edgeworth sat down again, Phoenix assisted Mles into a comfortable position where they could both see the paperwork. Hooking his arm around Miles, as he rested against his should against his chest Phoenix started quickly scanning through the information. Narrowing his eyes at the pages, Phoenix picked up a few odd things.
"This wasn't that long ago," Phoenix stated, tapping the pages with the back of his hand, "I think I remember Zeth meantioning it with a strange face. Something about the way he talked about Bell was really curious. I wonder if he knows him?" Patting though Miles' belongings, on the foor, he slipped out Miles' cell phone from his overcoat's pocket. Motioning the phone to Miles, Phoenix gave him a knowing smile, "Mind if I try a long shot? I'm sure you have Zeth's number on speed dial just incase he missed some possibly crucial evidence"
((Woot- this'll be interesting. How do you want to do this GDM? I could play both Zeth and Phoenix if you want, or you could dictate Zeth's responce for me. Or better yet, Miles could talk to Zeth XD Remembering, Zeth has mob connections, so theoretically, he'd know of any mobs in the area, crook detectives, and he usually keeps an eye out for character types around him. He might know our convict from somewhere :) I could see Zeth holding back on evidence that he knows about but doesn't have evidence to back it up. He wouldn't give Miles anymore help than he needed- just to see if he could figure it out on his own. Zeth would probably give insider stuff if Miles asked for it though.))

Pouring himself another glass of Grape juice as he arrived back on set with the rest of the cast, Phoenix gulped down a few mouthfulls, and noticed Apollo fighting the can machine. I know you were thinking about it yesterday, but I think we didn't write down what it ended up being." Glancing towards his employee, "I assume you have a costume by now that you're happy with too? Sal is on special effects this time, and Hei Yuu has given him a pretty decent budget for costume design. I believe the deal is, 'If it's l337 k007, then we'll use our l337 h0x0r skillz to make it!'. I'm still trying to figure out what that means..."

Speed dial. Very funny Wright "I called him about three weeks ago to ask about some evidence that he turned up. I'm sure his number is still in my phone..." Miles kept pressing the down arrow on his phone until Zeth's number popped up. "Ah. Here it is." Miles selected the number and held the phone to his head. After waiting a few seconds for someone to pick up, a familiar voice appeared on the other end. "Hello, Zeth? This is Miles" Why did I call Gant again.....? Miles had no real desire to talk to the man, but he needed information.

"True." Klavier smiled as he smoothed his hair and put his helmet on. He swung one leg over the side of his bike, being careful not to hit Ema, and sat down. "The studio isn't that far away. Please try to endure the ride this time, ja? Stopping in the middle of the street isn't the smartest thing to do when you are on a motorcycle. Getting hit could ruin our whole day." He adjusted his helmet and gripped the handle bars.
He started off much slower than he did yesterday in order to not freak Ema as much. "Are you more comfortable with riding now?" Klavier yelled over the sound of the wind.
