Franz turned around and saw Franziska,he commented "If you whip me..you've forgetten,i'm a prosecutor..I could easily sue you for assault and battery and you'll be serving five to ten in the pen!" he then turned to see Ami and replied with "Ok then." he chuckled and turned around to start his coffee drinking he started by gulping two cups,he felt hyper. He lied "Nothing.."

Ami giggled at the spectacle Maya and Crystal were putting on, but then her face became more serious when she looked over at Franz. She could tell that stuff was gonna hit his system all wrong, and whatever case he had in the morning would be ruined. As Franz started to drink another cup, she stilled his hand and chugged the cup herself. "There, now knock it! You're gonna screw yourself up."

Franziska merely shrugged at the possibility Franz would beat her in court and continued her persecution of Phoenix.

Franz was now like Drunk on the coffee "Listen..i'm going.." he drank all 5 cups,to which he fell down on the floor.

Maya looked at Franziska and said "Franz is right you know,and you can't defend yourself..there can't be two prosecutors..and you're whipping one of the best defence attorneys.." she then chanted with everyone "Kiss! Kiss!" to Crystal and Mike

Ami glared at the inert body of Franz in disgust. "Would it kill him to listen to me?" She managed to pick him up with some effort and drag him over to the couch, then laid him out on it and looked at Noah. "Tell me, how the hell do you get drunk on coffee?!"

Friska smiled. "Good, I didn't think so." She ignored the interjected remark from Franz and gave Noah another hug. "I'm glad I came to see you, despite the ill company."

Ami smiled over at Crystal and Mike. "Congratulations," she said. "I wish you both a lot of happiness."
She then looked at wherever Franz was and attempted to track him with her tired eyes. "I'll tell you what I'm cookin' up, it's a special recipe I learned from Lorena Bobbitt."
