"Go on ahead guys...I have one thing left I must do before I part ways..." Thomas said saddened.

"You've realized what was going on didn't you Tom? You knew our empire wouldn't normally be as barbaric." Bartello coughed.

"Ya I know...I'm sorry but I must go." Thomas replied.

"Save our Kingdom from this madness...please." Bartello gasped as he felt cold and perished before Thomas's eyes. With his last regrets finally gone Thomas could finally be free from his chains. The chains that held him back to fight his own country. He hurried to the others and wanted to tell them what was going on.

(I wanted to throw in a plot twist on my character in the story sorry XD)

He walked them down the path, but saw a bunch of enemies ahead. "Looks like the reinforcements for the collapsed Cascodia have arrived... and they brought Wyvern Riders."

Thankfully the enemies did not see them yet, so Xero figured they could stop for a minute and listen to Thomas' story.

(After the story, we'll hold the votes for Support Conversation. But it'll be done either during this mission or directly after it.

The whole castle was in flames, smoke billowing from everywhere and bricks and debris falling.

I can't let anyone die...I can't!
Chelsea hurried up the steps to the castle, ashes flying everywhere. She immediatly made her way to the throne room, just missing debris. Blood and soldiers were everywhere.
She found her grandmother in the throne room...under a pile of debris.
"GRANDMOTHER!!!" Chelsea's eyes filled with tears as she tried to remove the debris, but it was impossible.
"Ugh...Chelsea..."
"Grandmother!"
"Chelsea...the Larcenias came...they...cough.....unleashed a huge wave of attack.....cough....you must flee..."
"No! I refuse to let this happen!"
"Chelsea...I will always be proud of you...please, remember that...."
Sakura smiled and her eyes closed.
"GRANDMOTHER! GRANDMOTHER?! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIII!!!!" Chelsea dropped to the floor, the flames growing, as she clutched her head, refusing to accepting what was happening...

Xero ran in and saw Chelsea on the ground. "Chelsea..." He looked over at Sakura's now-dead body, and frowned. He had wished that he would at least have gotten to apologize, but he could not.

The place started to fall apart. "Chelsea, come on! We have to get out of here!" Xero said alarmingly.

He felt bad for having to carry her out, but most of all, he felt bad that he was the one leading them out of the kingdom in the first place. "I... or someone else should've stayed here and guarded the castle... But I just led everyone on..."

He looked outward. "...Your Highness. There's nothing left to do but move forward. We have to avenge your grandmother, and the people of Verdia. For the sake of everyone, and their lives, we have to strike back..."

Xero took up his sword. "Time to finish what she started!" He ran at the soldiers. "CHAAAAAAARGE!" He sliced through the rest of them, carving their bodies until they were no more. He wiped his forehead. "Well, that was fun."

(Votes opened, we can do the Support Conversation now, before next mission, during next mission or after next mission. And it can be either the cute couple thing or the best friend thing. So far we have Xero, Thomas, and Quin for the dudes, and Chelsea and Jenna for the girls. And of course, the first SC is always the "get to know each other better" in the couples section, so things can change as we move along. Alright, votes are go! "Shes exausted..." Thomas said to himself as he looked on. He then smiled and stripped himself of his heavy armor to protect Chelsea then rushed on to fight with Xero.

Xero sat up, thinking over everything that had happened. It was getting dark; he would have to be careful. He sat right next to Chelsea, and kept a constant eye around so he could catch a glimpse of anyone who tried to come near them.
