Seeing how Dawn was holding Zeth in her arms it didn't look like they were going to stop soon. And as awkward as it was to see them that way, the bastard should be having fun, so... good for him. Sean raised her hand in defeat and shook her head. "Whatever, man. 'S not any of my business anyway." she said, turning her head to the side as she brought her hand to the back of her neck.
Klavier had managed to tear his eyes away from Justin for a moment to watch the skunk trapped in between the fangirl's assets. How he managed to get himself into such a comfortable location in a short span of time, he didn't know. But something felt... off. First Apollo, and now Zeth. Related? Could be; it was too early to tell. He'd be needing more decisive proof if he were to crack this little mystery. Turning back to Justin, Klavier flashed his usual smile. "Fraulei-- Herr Laws," he started, gesturing a hand towards Ema, "Let's not keep the fraulein waiting, ja?"

((Blade- You've been lucky up till now to get a reaction out of Zeth through seduction. If you want him to do something he DOESN'T want to do, you're gonna have to pull a better card than boobies, cause in case you think he's reacting to her breasts, he's not. I don't know if that's a big enough hint, but it's actually not easy to blackmail Zeth. If you want Zeth to be nicer to Apollo, then why did you decide that you wanted them rivals in the first place? Zeth would easily have thought Apollo was cool simply cause he hung out with the Wrights.
I'll treat him nicer if this is the case, but if you want Dawn to give drama, try a different approach.))

"I suppose..." Miles answered, tracing a small circle along the side of his virtually empty cup. That smile was pleasant. Too pleasant. The prosecutor wasn't too comfortable with the fact that he couldn't tell what was running through the fallen attorney's mind. Kristoph was so calm and collected that it was almost... frightening. Was opening his case again really for the best? Could they really count on him to assist them in the investigation?
A sigh. "I take it I'm not getting any tea then?"
Miles turned to Bizarro in surprise. He had completely forgotten that he was there. "Ah, y-yes, of course. Help yourself." Miles said, a tad flustered, gesturing to the teapot on the table. Bizarro seemed pretty harmless, at least from what he could tell, so he thought it wouldn't hurt to show him a bit of kindness.

Zeth rolled his eyes. Obviously Dawn was a much different character than he expected her to be. She was alot louder and whinier than he could tolerate any longer. Looks like Phoenix will have to stick up for himself.
"Look, Dawn," Zeth growled at talking volume so everyone could hear, "I've been trying to be flexible about this whole thing, but frankly, I don't think you've quite gotten over Apollo yet, and I refuse to step into a relationship where I am a third wheel. Cause frankly," Glancing away as he crossed his arms Zeth looked agitated, "...the two of you are perfect for each other. I honestly don't see why you broke up." Waving his hand up to brush away the conversation, Zeth used more force to pro actively to roll out of her lap this time, succeeding finally. Zeth crawled back over to Sean then, then sat down beside her once more, rolling his eyes. Below his breath, Zeth mumbled, “Looks like Wright got out of THIS poker game. I’m never doing him a favor ever again.”

She watched through her peripheral as Zeth went about his little speech only to shift her eyes away warily when he came crawling back to her side. He was mumbling about something; she couldn't really make out the words. "Well... that was short-lived." Sean remarked nonchalantly. She wasn't planning on getting friendly with the bastard that easily after what he did, but frankly she was relieved and... a tiny bit concerned. As much as she didn't like seeing Zeth jump at the sight of Dawn's jugs, he did seem upset about not hooking up with her in the end. But she decided to shut up about it. It wasn't any of her business, right? It's his life, his choice. What she says... shouldn't matter.

"I'll go get it," Phoenix nodded, getting up off the ground, and repositioning his robe so it was neatly over him again. Getting to the door, he sighed at its de hinged state from Sean's less than conventional entrance. Opening the door to a very cute looking brown haired girl in a short skirt and a cute top, Phoenix gave her a welcoming smile, "Are you here for Trucy's spin the bottle party?"
((Blade, a SURE sign of a couple is when they do things in sync, like... walking synchronized and stuff. Talking at the same time. IT's said that you're on the 'same wavelength'. If you want to throw Zeth off the idea that Dawn and Apollo could hook up then I suggest that the two of them go OUT of sync.))
((Nad- Phoenix is wearing a robe with pj pants in the middle of the day. The rest of the group are in the lounge in a circle. Justin is sorta trying to kiss Ema, and he's dressed in a girl's salior outfit.. one arm is still stuck in the top infact :3, Dawn is wearing Justin's suit, and it's too big. Trucy is in PJs as well. Besides that, it's all pretty much as normal as spin the bottle gets, except there's adults in the game... >.> ))

Blinking at the odd sight of someone in pjs in the middle of the day, Nadine smiled back tentatively. "Uh, yes. Sorry I'm late," she said, slipping into the lounge at taking in the odd sight of the people sat in a circle, a boy in a girl's sailor uniform and a girl in a huge suit. "Looks like...I missed a lot, huh." She lingered standing just outside the circle, unsure of where to sit, very conscious of where Darren was in the circle.

Sean was growing impatient. What was keeping him? Was he nervous? Come to think of it, Justin didn't really come off as the type that would run after chicks left and right. Scratching her head irritably Sean let out a loud sigh. "Look, man. If you're so nervous, you and Ms. Skye can go about your business over there. Nobody'll see you." she said, motioning to the wall blocking the front door. "Just get it over with already."

"As a matter of fact, yes. But I'm not... at liberty to divulge specific information." Kristoph answered, taking the already-filled cup into his hands. "For now, at least. My sincere apologies. But I take it that you both understand? You of all people should, dearest prosecutor..." A sly smile curved up his lips as he slowly brought the cup up and took a sip.
Miles scoffed in response. If their suspicions were correct then there indeed was someone else, someone powerful enough to drive a seemingly innocent defense attorney to commit murder, that was behind that case from many years ago and everything tied to it. Of course there was always that possibility that Kristoph did what he did to satisfy his personal needs, there was no denying that, but it all seemed too... sudden, too reckless. There was plenty of room for doubt in his case that demanded further investigation. But Kristoph had made one thing clear when they re-opened his case; he was not going to talk until they found something that would suggest that there was undeniably another person involved. They have yet to find this connection.
Shifting his gaze away from the prosecutor, Kristoph turned to the oddly-garbed man. A shiny round object pinned to his lapels immediately caught his attention. "A defense attorney..." he muttered, a hint of astonishment in his tone. After giving the badge a good stare he rose his head to face the man and smiled. "Pardon me for being rude. Seeing that badge you have on just reminded me of the days when I donned my own."

"You hoping to spin someone?" Darren grinned at his sister, "Maybe you were hoping to spin..." Glancing towards the group ready to point to who she might spin, Darrens eyes landed on Nadine. Dropping his finger in surprise, Darren raised his brows, "Oh, if it isn't the chairperson of the Legionair's fanclub! Trucy invited you also? I'm surprised that you didn't bring more of the girls along with you. We could've started our own game." Chuckling to himself, Darren gave her a grin, "So, are you one of Alex's fans? Or maybe you go for the team pretty boy Daniel instead?"

"I'm going to go out for a quick fag, guys," Zeth waved ((PS Americans- this is ENGLISH english for a smoke. Not gay)), getting up off the ground, "You wanna join me, Sean?" Heading off towards the door as he slipped out a cigarette and lighter, Zeth stuffed the cig in between his lips, and rubbed his aching head. This whole fiasco with the spin the bottle game was getting too much. He just needed a quick break to clear his brain. Sean was probably gonna kill him for smelling like cigarette smoke.
"Damn women," Zeth murmered, stripping off his shirt as he ducked in the hall, and chucking it by the door, "If I'm quick, then maybe my hair wont smell too..." Placing his hand on the door handle, the handle turned on him without him putting any effort into it. "What the..."
Being pushed back, Zeth wondered what new person was behind the door this time. Maybe a clown? a Gargoyle? Maybe Abraham Lincoln?
Finally seeing the owner of the handle pushing, Zeth spotted a pretty girl and a boy that looked similar to her, but with a serious face. Raising a brow, Zeth decided to be cheeky, "Gant residence." Lighting up his cigarette, he wondered how bad he looked right now.

Apollo... Fitting, he thought, how his parents had named him. But then he couldn't help but still feel bitter about how said defense attorney had managed to uncover the truth behind his crimes. His crimes? Kristoph chuckled to himself.
"I honestly can't see what you find so amusing, Gavin." Miles remarked sternly.
"Must you fuss over every little gesture? Surely it's not a crime to laugh, even for a convicted man." Folding his arms neatly over his chest Kristoph turned to the new face and smiled. "So I take it you're a friend of Justice? I could only assume seeing as to how you addressed him so informally."

It was a girl that spoke. Another friend of the magician kid, she thought. "That's what I'd like to know. Hey, Justin?" Shifting into a more comfortable position Sean called out the scantily clad defense attorney, clearing her throat before she spoke again. "Any time this year would be nice." Now where have they heard that before? She snickered; revenge was oh so sweet.
"I'm going to go out for a quick fag, guys," Zeth said suddenly. "You wanna join me, Sean?"
"That's gay, man." Sean said, turning to him with a wide grin. She knew what he meant but she couldn't resist poking fun. Never failed to amuse her every time he said that. "I'd like to live a little longer, thanks. Go on, fag away." she answered finally, giving Zeth a small wave before he left. She was used to the smell of cigarettes -- the Alto Lounge had its fair share of smokers -- but she wasn't particularly fond of it.
But wait... Zeth was smoking? Didn't he only do that when he was stressed about something? It sure looked like he was just messing around with Dawn earlier on, but... maybe he really wasn't? Did the end of their brief relationship really bother him that much? Furrowing her brow as her gaze shifted to the wall blocking the doorway, Sean considered going after him.

"Connie, if this really is the wrong house, we should be leaving," Nathan stated, his tone laced with ice. "After all, it is quite rude." His sister cast him a glare.
"Quit being such a stick in the mud, Nat'. Wrong house or not, there's obviously a party going on in there," she quipped, referring to the sounds of conversing from the house. Nathan twitched at the pet name his sister had given him.

Bizzaro finished his tea and sighed. He was so bored.

He stood up and walked out of the kitchen door. he then walked past the party and walked towards where Zeth and co. where, by the door. Only one he recognised was Zeth, and that was only because he saw a few trials with him in them. The rest of the people he didn't recognise.

Watching the pretty girl twirl her hair around her finger seductively, Zeth raised a brow wondering what she was trying to pull on him. another Dawn type? She leant closer to Zeth before the stern looking guy pulled her back by the suspenders. Zeth hadn't moved as this happened, just simply inhaling a mouth full of smoke.

"What's going on here? Smoking are we, guy with the face?" Glancing to the side, Zeth spotted Bizarro there. Pausing for a moment, he was never sure what to make of him. He wasn't like normal lawyers who seemed to all go for the win, or for justice. This one seemed to follow his own chaotic path. Much like he did, which made it difficult to pick his odds with him.
"Mr Trite," Zeth acknowledged, "I thought you were in the back with Kristoph. You mind taking these two to the spin the bottle game? I'm a little busy." Thinking for a moment as he strode just past the new visitors, Zeth turned back one last time, "Keep an eye on your sister's libido too while you're at it. She seems to have taken a very open minded interest in Wright." Giving him a wave as he strode off onto the lawn towards his yellow Vespa, Zeth took in another puff of smoke, feeling his mind start to tingle as the high calmed the stress off.
"Damn woman," Zeth growled, rubbing his forehead as he growled to himself, "Why was she trying to make it so uncomfortable for me? Couldn't she leave me a LITTLE dignity? Sean is going to..." Stopping his thought process, Zeth paused his walk, "There I go again. Why do I care about her opinion of me? Dawn is my age. There's nothing wrong with it!" Continuing his walk back to his Vespa, he finally stopped by the seat, lifting it to reveal his 'boot'.
'08/08/2019' was inscribed in the ceiling of his boot in vivid marker. Looking at the date, Zeth frowned, "Suck it up, mate. Atleast the two of you are still friends.” Dipping his head as he took in a deep lungful of smoke, a tear started to form in his eyes. Closing the lid, Zeth leaned over the car, rubbing his forehead, "Who am I kidding? Every time I look at her, all I can think of is that I want more than friendship. I don't think even I can hide that from her forever..."
((Um- Zeth is taking alot of PvP time away from people. He's gonna take a break, so if you guys want to torment eachother already... ;) ))

"To get you a girlfriend. Or something like that." She replied, glancing furtively at the party crowd. Once again, her stoic brother sighed. What would she get herself into this time, he wondered. The pair wandered over to where some other party-goers were gathered. "Spin the bottle?" Connie raised an eyebrow. "Kinky."

"No," Darren replied, "But his sis makes up for BOTH of them put together. Remember when I told you I don't kiss desperate women? She's the confident sort of desperate." Narrowing his eyes, Darren frowned, "I've heard alot of bad stories about her. Promise me you’ll stay away from her, OK Jules?”
((I hope I have the personality type right here- she’s a man eater? If so, you’ll have a challenge with both Zeth AND Darren. Zeth is disinterested in most women, and Darren doesn’t go after women that are desperate because of bad fangirl experiences.))
