"Looks like we're not the only late ones..." Zeth laughed jokingly, as Apollo slowed to a stop in front of them.
"Where is everyone?" Apollo asks, walking beside his mentor, Phoenix.
"Inside I assume," Phoenix laughed, stuffing his hands back into his pockets casually. "We're in the main hall again, like yesterday. Unless Trucy mentioned any different?" Glancing at Zeth, he received a shrug from the skunk haired detective.
"Hey, I was just put on baby sitting duty. I'm no messenger boy," Zeth replied, giving Apollo a wave good morning.
((Anthony- when did you turn up? I assume you're there already? It wont look that good if EVERYONE is as late as Phoenix and Zeth XD Oh, and now Apollo *giggles* ))

Anthony parks his car turn off the engine open teh door ad lets Bella out of the car as she just bolted at Zeth and bites his shoes and Anthony just laughing. "She likes to play with shoes!" He shouted.

Zeth's eyes flared up in partial shock and partial anger, as his new leather shoes being gnawed on. Narrowing his eyes as he flicked out his cell phone, he started dialing numbers.
"See Wright? See what I mean? Even his DOG is hostile. Atleast the dog is easy to deal with." Pushing the dial number, Zeth watched Anthony's expression as he waited for the line to be connected.
"Please put me through to Police," Zeth started, looking at the puncture wounds in his shoes. "I'd like to report a dog attack." Widening his eyes at Zeth, Phoenix crossed his arms, in surprise. Zeth gave Phoenix a quick glance, before his eyes suddenly lit up like a Christmas tree.
“Clarrisa! How are you doing? It’s Detective Zeth Gant here!” Turning away from Anthony, Zeth laughed happily, as he and the operator lady had a lively conversation about the events at the office. Glancing between Zeth and Anthony a few times, Phoenix held his position, interested in the development of the situation. Well, Anthony has done it this time. I don’t think there is any way he will get out of a fine if Zeth intends on fully prosecuting him with this.
“Oh, yeah,” Zeth finally seemed to be getting back onto the subject finally, glancing back to Anthony once more, “No, I’ve got this retriever here that just ran up to me and mauled my shoe while it was still on my foot… No, I didn't provoke it at all... Oh yeah, it’s owner is here…. yeah… Oh no, I’m not pressing charges, yet.” Finally putting his serious face back on, Zeth narrowed his eyes, “I’m not pressing charges, but we're trying to film some television episodes at the sunshine stadium, and it is interfering with the filming. I'm filing an official complaint, and will ask the owner to muzzle his dog, or remove it from the property. He will also need to buy me a new pair of shoes to replace the ones that were damaged. Please not that also."
Pausing for a moment, Zeth seemed to be listening to Clarrisa talking for a moment, before giving his phone satisfied grin, "Thanks Clarrisa, I'll call back if the dog or the owner give me any more trouble. Thank you!"
Turning back to Anthony as he closed off the phone call, Zeth walked up to Anthony and crossed his arms.
"Kid, you have an hour to find a muzzle for your ankle biter, or its GONE. This is your final warning. Oh, and one more thing," Pointing to his feet, he motioned to his damaged shoes, "Oxford, Black, men's size 9. I expect a new pair of shoes to replace the ones your dog damaged."

((I think that I'll rp Miles along with Klavier. Just until day one is over, right? It doesn't make much sense to leave things hanging. And evidence crunching is always fun. XD I don't think that Miles will be making an appearance on day 2, unless you think it would be a good idea.
Miles re-adjusted himself on the couch. "Yeah, him being detective did put a.......... kink in things, to be sure. A lot of the evidence he would find would be contradictory to my case, and I'd have to re-write my opening. Like Mrs. Sanchez's purse, for instance. Witnesses say that Mr. Bell grabbed it, tore the handle, and made off with it. However, Zeth brought me a purse, almost brand new, and he claimed to be Mrs. Sanchez's. It even had her wallet in it!"

Klavier turned his body so that he faced Ema.
"Ahah. Back to the insults, are we? Ema, you were the one who fell asleep first, ja? On me on less! What did you want me to do?" Klavier leaned back and stretched his arms in the air.
"I was sitting there, you under one arm, feeling quite sleepy myself." He laughed to himself. "I had a hard enough time getting my blazer off. I wasn't about to try to move you." He reached into his pocket to make sure he still had his keys, and that they didn't fall out. "Plus, I figured that you might need a ride to the studio this morning, ja?"

Phoenix asked, finally managing to start massaging Miles' temples now his face was finally relaxed, "See, if he took the bag while he was attacking, then sure, it's a contradiction. An attacker that wishes to steal a bag from a helpless woman doesn't steal her bag, and then attack her, he attacks, and slips the bag off after."
Gliding his hands up to Miles' forehead, and sliding his fingers further up his head, Phoenix bit his lip thoughtfully, "If it was stolen before hand, then we have grounds for a pre-emptive murder. It wouldn't have been a random killing. I assume that the mugging was at the same time as the killing? Or did it happen sooner?"

"That's part of the problem." Miles tried his hardest to relax. It was something that he rarely did. "There is no way to know. Some of the witnesses claimed that she fell to the ground before he took the purse, but the neighbor claims he saw her stand up and fight to keep possession of it. However, all the witnesses seem to agree that she did fall down when all was said and done. With a large thump, no less. Apparently, the impact made her glasses and watch shader, littering her general vicinity with shards of glass. Bell was also hurt when he left the scene. Apparently, Mrs. Sanchez was able to take a good chunk of flesh out of him as he retreated. But, that falls inline with the story that the neighbor gave us, namely that she was still fighting when she was mugged."

"Talk to me when you find the balls to be a man finally, Prima Donna," Zeth call out, waving his hand in disgust, "You now have 58 minutes to come to terms with your little tantrum before your dog is taken to the pound." Rolling his eyes as Zeth walked off, Phoenix sighed.
Sadly, Zeth is right. Phoenix thought, glancing at Anthony's car, Bella doesn't belong on a set, specially if she keeps biting people's shoes. He actually treated this case maturely for once. Walking up to the car and tapping on the window to get Anthony's attention, Phoenix gave him a shrug,
"I'll keep you company on your way home as you drop off Bella if you want. I wouldn't like to think she was going to be stuck in a car all day. I'm sure she'd be alot happier at home."
((Just so you know, Anthony- I'm not pissed off at you. Your character just rubs Zeth the wrong way. He's very traditional, and holds honour very high. He also has ALOT of powerful contacts, so I'm trying to take some heat off you for now. Tension is good, but this isn't progressing the storyline any :) Come back to Zeth versus Anthony again later when your dog's life isn't at stake.))

((Meh, My guy wanted Zeth to get mad on Day 2 just because of Last night of Day 1. Besides when I said biting I meant like in the most playful way not tearing the shoe up into bits. Silly Zeth. xD))

Klavier watched Ema walk away. Ach mein Gott, she is beautiful.
He walked into her kitchen and looked around. Where does she keep the coffee. . .?
After finding some eggs, tomatoes, bell peppers, mushrooms, and olives, he proceeded to make two omelets; they were the only "real food" he knew how to make that Ema might actually like.
He plated them and brought them to the table, along with two forks and some milk from the refrigerator.

Ema finally emerged from her bedroom, wearing a green cami and a pair of denim shorts. She'd decided not to wear any of her dressier clothes - she didn't want to ruin them in filming. Walking to the kitchen, she sniffed the air experimentally before walking over to the food. She smiled tentatively at Klavier.

Mr. Bell was not the brightest bulb in the box, apparently, as he attacked her under the street light." Miles turned around and laid back. "This occurred around 9:30 PM, also. And as far as the complete autopsy, I won't have that until tomorrow. I do know some of the details, though. I know for a fact that an indentation on her right temple was found. Apparently, that is where Bell struck her first. Also, a few small cuts were found on her eyebrows. She was badly bruised from head to toe; everywhere except for her neck and lower back."

Zeth was already inside, hiding his aggravated face quite well- not surprising since he played so much poker. Trying to give Trucy a smile as she spotted him, Zeth placed his helmets to the side and gave her a salute greeting. Noticing Anthony and his dog entering the scene close behind him with a tired look on his face, Zeth wandered up to Trucy.
"Hey, Trucy. Anthony looks bushed. I think he should go home and get some sleep. Maybe have the day off. He could hurt himself if he falls off something."
Phoenix- Day 1
"Right temple, hmmm?" Phoenix echoed, wrapping his arms around Miles' chest, giving the base of his neck a few kisses, "Sounds like that'd knock her out cold to me. I wonder why he kept attacking her, and in front of her apartment? Was he in her apartment before hand? I assume her room was checked for evidence. What if he had a relationship with her and the fight started inside the apartment? She may have had something in her purse worth killing her for. Has Zeth reported to you about their background checks yet?" Shifting miles foreward carefully, as he kissed around to the back of his neck, Phoenix glide his hands down the length of Miles' bare back, then back up agin along his spine to the bottom of his neck. "Try to keep your neck relaxed for a moment, it's completely solid."
((<edit> GAH! Lida... um... you got some of the people wrong here... I don't know if you want to change your RP, but Zeth was actually walking in first before Nthony, and Phoenix would've followed, a bit bummed that he was totally ignored. Sorry, but you guys seem to do all your RP when I'm at work- it's VERY difficult to keep up if you jump ahead of me :( </edit> I live 12 hours ahead of you guys or soething))

"You're ranting, Zeth," Phoenix grinned, giving Zeth a smirk, "If your shoes mean that much to you, then I'll pay for a new pair for you. Somehow...."
"Forget the shoes, Wright." Zeth hissed, "I don't care about the shoes. The brat isn't man enough to take responsibility for his mutt's actions. That about sums up his character to me. Worthless." Straightening up his glasses, Zeth gave Phoenix a dark look, "I suggest that you never put anything you cherish in his safety. He'll only protect it if it's in HIS best interests."
"You use to be like that," Phoenix retort, getting a smirk from Zeth,
"And look where that got me in life, Wright." Zeth replied with a shrug, "Atleast I'm still a detective. Not that Miles trusts any of my evidence." Clearing his throat a little too loudly at Zeth's comment, Phoenix glanced aside, No, he doesn't trust it, but I think even Miles would have to admit that Zeth is REALLY good at his job though.... Glancing back to his Skunk haired friend, he noticed Zeth looking back at him with his arms behind his head. Grinning Phoenix motioned to Zeth not to worry.
"Don't worry about Miles," Phoenix grinned, motioning to the costumes box nearby, "You have a costume design to come up with for your shadow walker. What'll it be Erebus?"
"I'll remain a mystery for now," Zeth shrugged, "I'm a shadow walker, so I'll hide in the shadows. All you'll see are my eyes, and the eyes of my minions. Simple really. I might pop up in human form in the good guy's team.. see how long it takes for people to put 2 and 2 together." Waving his hand suddenly to cut the conversation short, Zeth flipped out his cell phone again, "If you'll excuse me, I have a phone call to make," With that, Zeth started to walk off.
((Actually, Zeth's character is alot like Darkness- Jackie Estacardo. Wonder if he'll end up looking like him too.))
